Adrian from Bourne Estate Agents was very relaxed in his initial sales approach, never applying any undue pressure. His unique insight shone through when he suggested subtle adjustments to enhance the appeal of our home, something none of the other agents even considered.Jo effortlessly conveyed the details of the parking covenant to potential buyers. This was a great relief, as our previous agents' struggles to understand and communicate it effectively.Bourne's proactive approach, including the creation of drone footage and responsive promotion, injected fresh interest into our property, which had languished on the market for six months with other agents.Incredibly, our home sold within just three weeks, with an exchange completed in twelve. Throughout the process, Bourne, especially Rebecca, provided unwavering support. I often joked that Rebecca became my weekly therapist during moments of stress, as she was always there to reassure and guide us.When issues arose with the buyer's agent, Bourne went above and beyond to ensure the chain remained intact, exceeding their contractual obligations in the process.In contrast, the service provided by other agents fell far short. One agency had unreliable weekend staff who couldn't get the details right, while another was downright arrogant and dismissive.Looking back, we regret not choosing Bourne from the start. Their exceptional service, particularly Rebecca's caring and empathetic approach, deserves special recognition. We can't thank them enough for making the selling process a breeze.

Karen Reynolds - great work!

This review is specifically for the great service received from Karen Reynolds working in the property maintenance department at Bourne. After having a less than ideal end to a recent tenancy, Karen responded so incredibly quickly, being very attentive and patient, meanwhile organizing various external services at very short notice to address several surprise issues that had to be dealt with very very quickly and efficiently. Karen remained totally unflustered and focussed, and dealt with my extreme frustration and urgency admirably. With a short period between incoming and outgoing tenants, Karen rose to the challenge and delivered what was necessary, with the result that the incoming tenants moved in successfully on time. A long 3 days, but I greatly appreciate Karen’s contribution, without which the whole process may have looked quite different, and would have certainly been more painful than it otherwise was. A massive thanks to Karen and keep up the great work - much appreciated! I very rarely leave reviews unless I have an exceptionally good or exceptionally poor service, so this is a testament to Karen’s great effort.

Hannah Pollard and the team were attentive, diligent and fabulous from the first viewing through to move-in day. Hannah was always on hand to answer my questions , no matter how small or strange. Having just opened a business in town we were looking for housing for our staff. Before we opened we traweled through the many estate agents in town. At Bourne we received the most amazing service and dedication to our search. From the first day walking in to be greeted by Matthew, who even took the time to gather information for us to improve our search and promised to follow up with us. We then dealt with Jos and Hannah who both went above and beyond to make sure we got the best properties for our needs. I cannot thank Rob Skuse at Bourne enough for all his help with our move. He and his team provided an exemplary service. Throughout the whole process of selling and buying, Rob has been professional, pragmatic, reliable, informative and importantly treated us with dignity and respect as people rather than just making us feel like a profit unit as part of a process. A bunch of disorganised amateurs. Do not deal with these guys. They are currently holding my funds and refusing to return them. Disgraceful. Dealing with Izzy Garland and Becky Ward. Just shockingly bad service. Avoid!! To respond to Andrew’s comment: Becky Ward clearly told me that the funds would be with me the same day that I returned the keys. You had the keys at 9:05am. It was not until 5:05pm that I was informed it was in fact my landlord who needs to help and you are unable to. its just so tiring dealing with Bourne. Mistake after mistake after mistake. This is probably the third or fourth time that I have had problems with your company this year. I am writing an honest review to warn others off using you. I understand my landlord has also decided to move to another estate agent as well. It is typical of Bourne that you choose to try and deflect and blame the customer for being angry. Rather than accept your repeated failings and simply apologise. It’s been like dealing with a child I have also emailed hello@ three times since seeing Chris’ message. He is yet to acknowledge any emails I have sent him.

After trying so many agents with very poor service even the largest in the area proved to live up to the stereotyped estate agents image, we gave these guys a shot. They proved to ge worth it, we had basically all but gave up with poor service elsewhere however Bournes completely turned things around and achieved what the cowboys could not, good qualified viewings and ultimately our buyer. Bella was present at all viewings and Rob looked after the follow up, cannot speak highly enough of both of them. Highly recommended!!!!!

We have just purchased a property through Bourne Estate Agents in Farnham. It was a complicated deal with Probate and Title issues and at times seemed as if the transaction would never be completed. Haley Prescott went above and beyond her role for us in effecting the completion, chasing our legal team on numerous occasions. She was just brilliant.
