GoogleTerrible customer service as a tenant from Hollie. They created an electric & gas account as part of a new tenancy - written into the contract automatically - but gave the landlords details instead of the tenant’s details. When the landlord received the bill, Romans denied all knowledge of conducting the above and blamed the tenant. This was stressful for both the landlord and the tenants.

They kept in touch with me with regular updates and were able to assist in the virtual exchange of keys. GoogleI had been trying to rent my property with another company for 7 weeks with no luck, at that point I changed to Romans. Shona found a tenant within one week with quick move in date, the service was great and very professional. Lilly than arranged the references and contact very quickly which greatly help with the short move in date. I could not have been happier with the Romans service and their staff.

However, today we had a lovely lady, Jo Hunt, come round for our annual inspection. GoogleThe team at Romans were a solid choice and helpful during our move. The people were all engaging and assisted when we were unsure. Only points lost are for putting up a for sale sign when we didn't want one and taking a while to remove it. Overall, a good experience.
