GoogleWe initially used an online estate agent, but despite having some viewings had no luck for two months, Romans sold our house within 3 days of acting for us - before they had even put their 'For Sale' sign up! Romans have been fantastic throughout our sale and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have had a really positive experience with Romans Farnborough, the communication is very good. Ashleigh has come across very well and been so genuine. Both her and Charlie have been great at keeping us up to date regularly and answering emails and calls very quickly when we have had questions or wanted to send progress updates. They are very friendly and always happy to help. It has been reassuring to have them as our agents, particularly as we are selling our first home, which is a big step for us. Would very much recommend using them.

GoogleYour rental department were great but your accounts department needs to work on their communication skills as deposit was not sent to me to send to my DPS account. It seems there was an amount of £74 outstanding on my account. No one told me that it was being held back if they had I would have sorted it out straight away. Also Romans fees are very expensive as we are losing more than a months rental when vat is added to your bill.

GoogleThere's a great team over at Romans, Farnborough. We tried to let our apartment several times and had a few glitches in doing so due to a change in our circumstances. Despite the back and forth Hannah (and later Charlotte) hung in there with us until we could finally get the property ready to let. The apartment was let in a matter of days from being advertised. From finding tenants, helping out getting a sofa delivered, organising gas and electricity safety checks to cutting keys - they were a professional team from start to finish!

GoogleI have found all members of staff I have spoken to at Romans courteous and professional. After my house was put online, I had a number of viewings booked in immediately, most of who made offers and so it was clear the estate agents were only showing my house to suitable potential buyers, and I accepted the offer I was after within a week. Ashleigh in particular has provided an exceptional service. She clearly understood my very specific search criteria and didn't waste my time showing me any properties that didn't suit my needs. She has always responded quickly to queries and felt she was open and honest with me throughout the whole process. I had so much confidence in her & can't recommend her highly enough.
