GoogleThey were helpful to get us a home without credit history troubles! The agents: Kayley and Ria were very dedicated to their jobs and was communicating with us frequently to get all paperwork done. They were really helpful! That's the level of competency I expected from everyone and they nailed it!
Our story: Kayley shown us a house, it was too small for us so we told her immediately and then she ask for our budget and said " I have other property to show. It's not yet ready but if you are interested, I can show it". We made arrangements, saw it, accepted it and boom, paperwork started. This was after we have visited many agencies without a call back, seen many houses but we're rejected because we didn't have credit score history. Wilkinson was different! It was straight forward. We told them our status and they really did help as we had a guarantor! I appreciate their work!
We however feel our rent is 200-250 pounds more expensive especially when the materials of the interiors are weak and cheap! But we opted for this because other agent won't even accept us without credit score!
Will definitely contact Wilkinson for the next house! We were so pleased with their services. It's couldn't be better!

The tenant they identified for us has now sadly left to buy their own house. We had no hesitation in asking Wilkinson Grant to find the next tenant. Very quickly Kayley Stoneman of WG produced a shortlist of three tenants, allowing us to make the final choice.
Kayley was extremely attentive and professional - the property was empty for a very short time leaving us just enough time to decorate it between tenants!

GoogleDyer customer service once sale had gone through. A real shame as were charming and lovely until transaction was complete. Then suddenly turned into extremely minipulative and rude individuals. They had missel properties (according to regulations). They upsell new builds which are no where near the quality they advertise and verbally sell to you on viewings.
‘All the bells and whistles,’
‘A respected developer,’
‘A few finishing touches will be made,’
‘Top quality finish in every room,’ - to quote Dan Wilkinson from Exeter. Don’t believe it. It’s just spiel.
My dealings with the company has been nothing but extremely frustrating; all forms of communication was NEVER responded to across nearly 3 months. We had to resort to meeting with the M.D. - Roger Wilkinson- to sort the problems to whom I give credit to.
I would strongly not recommend buying a new-build through this company. Don’t be fooled by the spiel they give you.
