GoogleI should like to praise Wilkinson Grant & Co for their customer service in the last few days during my search for rented accommodation. They have been amazing with their professionalism and work ethic that I have not experienced elsewhere. Sara demonstrated this when showing me over an Apartment in Exmouth this afternoon. She gave me as much time as I needed to view the accommodation on offer, was courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sara explained all that I needed to know with great clarity and expressed an offer to help further in my search for a suitable flat for my sister. Thank you. Highly Recommended.

GoogleWe bought our current house through them. They surely have a good portfolio of properties, and their administration was ok. However, while we understand that estate agents are paid by the seller and primarily represent the seller’s interests, some aspects of their communication and behavior during the process were not ideal and added unnecessary stress. Overall, parts of the process could have been handled more transparently.

Communication has been great throughout, and any questions or issues I’ve had have always been handled quickly and efficiently. GoogleWe’ve had a great experience with this letting agent. As new landlords, we really appreciated the time they took to get to know us and understand what we needed. They were very patient in explaining the process, answering all of our questions clearly, and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. Communication has been excellent throughout, it’s always easy to get hold of someone, and they are consistently professional and helpful. We received excellent service from Mia that ensured we secured the Avia property without any problems arising as the agreement was put in place ‘sight unseen’. We are happy we decided to make the moved from Hampshire to Devon. GoogleWhen our house purchase unexpectedly fell through, we suddenly needed a rental property very quickly. With two dogs, we weren’t sure it would be possible, yet Mia and the team at WG went out of their way to help us. Within just three days they had found us a suitable home, completed all the checks, and agreed a moving date. Through all my moments of panic, Mia and the team stayed calm, kind, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re very grateful for their support and professionalism.
