From the start we had exemplary service from Wilkinson Grant in Topsham. Their valuation was carried out without delay and, once we had agreed a price, the advertising began as soon as we had approved the particulars and photos+. We received two offers within a week and accepted the higher offer. Unfortunately this sale fell through just three days before exchange. A major reassessment had to be made, and from then on things got very tricky. After many more months, during which WG supported us in every way possible, we eventually sold again. We have found WG courteous, friendly and efficient, and would certainly recommend them. Their well-staffed office is always available for help and advice, and to show the property to prospective purchasers.
