Not only researching and recommending good tenants but also being diligent, expeditious and professional in managing the demands and statutory requirements for landlords/tenants but as importantly, the needs of the tenants for what is their home. WG have been and are, exceptional.

I hold them in high regard and I must state this is mainly down to the efficiency of Sonya Cross,my main contact within the organisation, who handles any potential problems that may arise in the most positive fashion without any fuss or complaint. I would heartily recommend Sonya to any landlord seeking property management. She takes the pain out of letting properties!

She also has great communication skills and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would definitely recommend WG and Sonya for an all round easy experience.

GoogleThe team at Wilkinson Grant & Co have been brilliant with my flat hunting experience. There was excellent and clear communication and Zoe and Hannah have been very responsive to my requests and supported me well throughout this process. I also love the outsourcing of the moving im process to help with any broadband or utility bills arrangements, and their use of a third party app to report any maintenance issues with the flat. Very well organised and experienced professionals in this field. Thank you team!
