GoogleWe followed Sonya Cross when she joined Wilkinson Grant from her previous firm. We could not envisage having buy to let properties without Sonya's input in the managing of them. We have owned buy to lets for 20 years and the first years were not easy but once Sonya took over our portfolio things changed dramatically. She just gets on with the job and refers very little to us for instruction. She really does manage them for us and we are so pleased and feel so lucky to have her as our agent.

GoogleI think we spoke to most of the excellent staff at the Exeter office at some point, but Dan and Kate were superb throughout as our main points of contact. From the initial marketing, through the very complicated conveyancing and financial headaches (my fault), to collecting the keys, there was nothing but professionalism, great advice and experience, approachability, confidence, patience and support. Thank you so much for bearing with us and making our dreams come true!

GoogleExcellent service when selling our house in Dawlish. The agent even found us an off-market property for our onward purchase which is now our home and we couldn't be happier. We essentially had WG act as our buyers' agent as well as assist with our sale which made all the difference. Prior to this we'd been 8 months in a transaction (with another agent) which ultimately fell through. We then switched agents to WG, found a new buyer and things ran smoothly from there. I highly recommend Wilkinson Grant. Gemma, Kate and the whole team did a fantastic job. Also, whenever you call, Molly, Amy and Co. seem to know exactly who you are, who you're dealing with and what's going on with your transaction. That personal touch is really reassuring. Thank you, WG team!

GoogleFantastic service as always from the whole team, but a special mention for Giles Hann who was spot on with the valuation, Nick Turner who spent ages with our buyers visualising how they could live in the house and setting expectations so their offer was the right level, and massive thanks to Kate King who managed the sale through to completion and made the process work. Without the team effort I do not think we would have got there. Anyone who even considers using a different agency would be absolutely bonkers!
