Zoe has been so helpful navigating the various viewings, professional in her approach, efficient in answering emails and genuinely wanted to help. Her customer service skils are excellent, any area in which many companies fail. Zoe is an asset to Wilkinson Grant and has been a pleasure to deal with. Working with Zoe has been a very refreshing experience.

GoogleThe team at WG were great when dealing with our house sale. Leah and Giles were quick to arrange the photos and details for the house. Nick was excellent at managing the open house, he arrived early for us to give him a tour and talk him through the features of the proeprty. Finally Kate was great at keeping us updated with the progression of the sale and was very good at keeping on top of the purchasing solicitor to try and keep the sale moving forward. GoogleWe have dealt with Wilkinson Grant throughout 2022 and dealing with them has been a delight. We sold our house through them earlier in the year and recently completed on a purchase of a home they were marketing. The whole team are great to deal with and all were knowledgeable about the stage or our sale/purchase. We’re hopefully not moving again soon but would highly recommend from a vendor and purchaser stance.

GoogleThis is a really great estate agent whether you are buying, selling or letting. I’ve used for all and particularly, selling and letting. Professional, reliable, helpful and friendly service whatever the size of your portfolio or house price. My experience has been that they will always go the extra distance to be helpful and this is especially true of Sonya (letting’s manager). I am grateful to her and others in the teams for the help they given. Would recommend without reservation.

On the sale side Kevin Luxton and the whole team were very professional and kept us informed at every stage of the transaction. Nick and Mark carried out most of the viewings and provided us with plenty of feedback which is very important for vendors. We purchased a property through the new homes division and again we were very pleased with the service we received. Kayley Stoneman was very helpful and patient! GoogleI bought my new home from Wilkinson Grant. Lisa Hatcher contacted me personally when a property come onto the market, she thought I would find interesting. James Rideout showed me around twice. The property was perfect, so I put in an offer and later moved in. Lisa was able to match me with my new home as she had listened and understood what I was looking for in a property. Thank you Lisa for taking the time to listen and skilfully match me with my new home, James for showing be around and the rest of the WG Topsham team for making the purchase happen.

GoogleWas a hard move! From the very start Gemma Neal and Kate King kept us informed of the progress, replied swiftly to any queries we had or chased up for answers to our questions. The professionalism and thoroughness of the work carried out ensured that no surprises came about. We felt looked after the whole time and without these two I'm sure my teddy throwing would have been uncontrollable. 100% recommend and if we ever sell would be our first call.
