GoogleWe used Wilkinson Grant to sell our house recently. Though Gemma Neale we have known for 5 yrs now.....she was one of the local estate agents to show us around a few houses when we were looking to move to the area back in 2019. Gemma is just brilliant 🤗 She is friendly, professional, listens & is really knowledgeable of the area & of any properties you would be viewing. She is relatable, down to earth, clearly puts everything into her works & it shows. So it was clear who we would use to sell our house....WG. A WhatsApp group is set up, so as communication is fluid. Gemma works so hard....Not fazed by anything....just the same friendly, hard working lovely she is. She is the oil in all the cogs basically. A credit to WG

GoogleEver wondered if there was more to the management fee than just finding new tenants and all that .... well yes there is!! A delivery driver collided with the garage to a property and admitted it in writing. Sonya has been battling with an insurance company for over 3montths getting them to pay up and she has succeeded after numerous phone calls and emails. Even working late at night to seek answering queries. She has certainly earned 5stars. Than you

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Kate King throughout my property purchase. As a first time buyer, this was very much a learning process for me. Regrettably, there were substantial delays (to no fault of Kate or Wilkinson Grant) with my purchase, and Kate took it upon herself to get this over the line. Certainly going above and beyond, communicating with governing bodies and solicitors within minutes sometimes of me emailing. I can't recommend this estate agents more, and Kate in person. A whole hearted massive thank you for her and the company's investment of time within ultimately was a relatively low ticket item with respect to the housing market. I would probably have ended up homeless otherwise.

GoogleI'm so glad I went with Gemma Neale from Wilkinson Grant for the sale of my late father's home. Right from the start Gemma was engaging, professional and friendly. She spent an hour at the property at valuation, not only looking around, but asking questions about its history, and being genuinely interested. Wilkinson Grant kept in touch throughout the whole process of selling the property, and Gemma definitely went above and beyond the remit of an estate agent, sending messages to keep me informed of viewings and the sale process all the way along; I never felt I had to chase her for information. The whole team at Wilkinson Grant did their job professionally, and were approachable and friendly whenever we had contact. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would happily use them again if I was buying or selling a house in the area.

GoogleWilkinson Grant always seem to achieve a greater number of high quality potential purchasers than competitors. Most members of staff were involved so good team communication. The manager and one other were very closely involved and kept us informed quickly , dealing with careful negotiations. They all dealt with current restrictions and safety of all parties well. They have been friendly and helpful in achieving a good price for us. Lacy Budd was a brilliant negotiator along with Joel Moore. Stuart Rintout who did the majority of the viewing on the sale of our Apartment was professional and the feedback from all was exemplary. We have used Wilkinson Grant on a number of occasions and all the work have been carried out with enthusiasm and appreciation of the product they were promoting. Thank you.
