For myself, an agent can make or break a viewing experience as the bridging liaison and catalyst between all parties over such an important matter. It is a skill that many do not take seriously - are to flippant, too bullish, impatient, uninformed, assuming etc etc. Gemma is very natural at her role without it ever appearing like a chore. FacebookThe team at WG were great when dealing with our house sale. Leah and Giles were quick to arrange the photos and details for the house. Nick was excellent at managing the open house, he arrived early for us to give him a tour and talk him through the features of the proeprty. Finally Kate was great at keeping us updated with the progression of the sale and was very good at keeping on top of the purchasing solicitor to try and keep the sale moving forward. Very happy with the whole team and will be using their services to help find our next house! Best agents in Exeter for sure.

GoogleWilkinson Grant provided a professional service. The staff at the Topsham office were always helpful and efficient and gave good advice when there were problems along the way. Special mention goes to Kate King for keeping on top of all the twists and turns, keeping us informed as things developed and making it all happen in the end. Overall, we can highly recommend the service provided by Wilkinson Grant.

When one was off, the other seamlessly covered and they were always reassuring, reliable and professional. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough, thank you so much for all you have done.
