GoogleA very good experience which started with James. It was the first time that we had moved in 46 years so we had forgotten about the time it takes between buying and selling. We will certainly use WG when we move again in 46 years time. All the staff and management were very helpful and good to deal with. One little observation, communication was sometimes frustrating.

GoogleBeing a home owner for 35 years in the same London home and then relocating and entering the rental market was an incredibly stressful and emotional time. I soon learnt that the personal, human touch in the rental market was rare. I have worked in the sales and customer services sectors all of my life and hated this modern day attitude. Wilkinson Grant's wonderful Exeter team restored my faith in estate agents. They worked as a team and always answered the phone. They, with the help of my local daughter (I was in London) found me a perfect home and ALL of them helped me get through the complex (well- to me it was complex) rental and referencing processes. Sonja, Hannah, Victoria in particular helped me get safely and happily to the end. Excellent AFTER SALES - this is the proof of an excellent company. Wilkinson Grant have it right. I had a few concerns once I moved in and the relevant professionals were organised immediately and attended in the same week to sort these out. Sonja and the maintenance team were great. They have a myriad of efficient online ways to manage such issues but for me that was overwhelming and once again talking/emailing the team was my preferred way of interacting. They never made me feel I was doing anything wrong in calling. All in all I cannot recommend the Exeter Lettings Team more highly.

GoogleHubble and I recently viewed a property on the market with Wilkinson Grant &Co. Gemma Neale showed us around the property in a no rush, easy manner. She was very welcoming on our arrival, answered any questions we had and was most easy going but professional. A ‘stuffy and officious’ manner turns me away instantly, Gemma was neither, she gave us the time to view at our pace and to return to rooms we wished to view a second time. She followed up with an ‘in the loop’ email which kept us abreast of the situation with the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma and Wilkinson Grant if you want professional but friendly service.

GoogleWe sold our home and had a fantastic service from Wilkinson Grant. The whole chain was protracted and stressful but we always felt in good hands. Every other agent undervalued our property, perhaps it was a niche proposition but Gemma Neale knows her stuff! Gemma was amazing start to finish, I’m sure we would have lost our buyer without her, and Kate King was attentive to us and our buyer throughout the hurdles. Always on hand to chase idle conveyancers or respond to dopey questions. The other agents in the chain provided what I suppose was adequate service (at best), which really put into context how much effort Wilkinson Grant put in. I highly recommend using this firm. Thank you for all the effort!

The flat has just been refurbished, overseen by Sonya Cross, Property Manger, who could not have been more helpful - she sourced all the tradesmen, made everything run smoothly, the flat looks great and was let again immediately.

GoogleWe have dealt with Wilkinson Grant throughout 2022 and dealing with them has been a delight. We sold our house through them earlier in the year and recently completed on a purchase of a home they were marketing. The whole team are great to deal with and all were knowledgeable about the stage or our sale/purchase. We’re hopefully not moving again soon but would highly recommend from a vendor and purchaser stance.

GoogleWe feel incredibly lucky that we chose the team in Exeter to sell our house. We had a bumpy sale, one sale fell through at a late stage. The team have been incredibly responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They communicate well and genuinely work hard to secure a sale. I did not realise how much work Estate agents do after the sale but appreciate that now. Want to say a huge thank you. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling their house.

Providing advice and support where needed, sorting great particulars, photos, video tour rapidly with minimal fuss. From deciding to put our property on the market to accepting an offer took less than 4 weeks - really impressive. Helping us choose the right buyers was key to ensure best chance of success in completing both our sale. We were really impressed with the completion manager (Kate) who was worth their weight in gold by bringing all parties and conveyancers together to drive exchange of contracts and completion of sale. FacebookGemma Neale in the Exeter office is the most professional, personable estate agent I have met. Unfortunately for me, the house I was hoping to purchase via her didn't work out for reasons not related to the estate agency. However, throughout 6 months Gemma did all that was possible to allow the house to be sold. She remained focussed, clear and kept both the sellers of the property and myself as the purchaser fully informed. If I were selling in the area I would definitely choose Gemma at WG Exeter.

GoogleFrom the beginning of the process we were treated better than any of the many estate agents in Exeter we dealt with in the stressful house hunting times. Lisa listened to our criteria and helped us secure with no stress the house we wanted. She was a dream to deal with. Then things were handed over to Gabby who helped with everything from offer excepted to completion and again was an absolute pleasure to do business with.if /when we sell in the future 100% be going with Wilkinson Thanks to everyone else who also helped us there.
