GoogleBuyer beware..after a friendly start to my enquiry about a property and subsequent viewing, I felt very left out of the loop very quickly, very poor communication and feedback, maybe its because i am not a local? It is no good apologising about your mistakes after the event, when I wasn't given a fair bit of the apple. Very Very Disappointed.

GoogleKayley Stoneman, Lisa Storer and Gabby Weil were outstanding from the New Homes Team at the Exeter office. Professional, efficient and transparent throughout the purchasing process. Without their support I don’t think it would have been possible to complete on the property. I would highly recommend the Exeter Office team if you are looking at purchasing a New Home. GoogleWe have recently completed on a house purchase with Wilkinson and Grant with the intention of renting it out. Kayley Stoneman secured a tenant for us 10 minutes after we completed! Kayley was in contact with us and the vendor throughout the purchase which made the letting process very smooth and stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use WG again. GoogleBuying a house was always going to be stressful but Gemma Neale has made it so much easier. She was warm and friendly from our first viewing. Not overbearing or pushy and made us feel at ease. Once our offer had been accepted Gemma’s communication was amazing. She was very responsive to messages, answered queries and helped move the process along. Even after we moved in she was still there for some after sales support between us and the sellers. We are not planning to move again for a long while, but if we were going to, I’d want to use Gemma to handle it for us. Thank you, we couldn’t recommend enough.

FacebookWe have just exchanged contracts on the sale of our house in Exeter and the purchase of a flat in Topsham. James Mold was excellent in negotiating the sale from the Exeter office, and Kate King was equally good in ironing out some irritating difficulties over quite a long period of time. Joel Moore of the Topsham Office, whilst extracting too much money from us to purchase the flat, did it with charm and made it relatively painless. I would certainly sell through him if we get fed up with Topsham and move!!

GoogleWe rented an apartment through Wilkinson Grant & Co. The process was very seamless. Our agent Hannah Blowey, was super helpful. Even when we requested for a change in the start date of the contract, she was very quick with presenting our request to the landlord and getting back to us with a positive news. I strongly recommend this company.
