GoogleI would like to recommend Wilkinson Grant highly after the sale of my property.
It was a very difficult sale due to my personal circumstances and this was always handled very sensitively.
James Mould guided me through the early process of marketing and dealt with many of the viewings, he was always available to talk things through and give feedback. He was honest with me at all times and strived for the best outcome even though things didn’t always go to plan.
Once a sale had been agreed Kate King took over to guide me through the next process. Again things were not always straightforward but she worked hard to make sure things progressed and this eventually led to completion on the property. Great care was always taken to keep me informed. I was copied into emails between solicitors and the buyer so I knew how things were progressing.
I can’t pretend that it wasn’t a stressful process for me but felt the staff at Wilkinson Grant were always professional and appreciated the personal touch that I was given.
