GoogleThe sale and purchase of any property is a stressful time for all but Kate, the Sales Progression Manager in Exeter has somehow pulled all the parties together and despite all the odds, managed to get the exchange through before Christmas and Completion confirmed in the New Year. Her involvement is vital to avoid solicitors working in their own little silos with little communication, she acts as "mother hen"/ the property Chief of Staff, coordinating, liaising and pushing people to get organised. First time renting non-student accommodation and she has been incredibly attentive from the start, answering many questions and resolving the few issues that have cropped up. GoogleWhat a great experience. We were late to see the listed house on Right Move and made a call to see if we could view the property. They were fully booked but placed us on a reserve list. The next day we were given a viewing, confirmed by a phone call and email. Gemma called us on the day to confirm our attendance and she met us at the address. She exuded friendliness, confidence, professionalism and was extremely easy to communicate with. She clearly knew the house details and answered all our questions and some. It was an absolute pleasure to walk around the house and given a guided tour. We felt completely at ease and thoroughly enjoyed our time in her company.
