FacebookFOREX AND CRYPTO TRADING INVESTMENTThis may be inappropriate here but I have been looking for a resourceful investment to make, and after so many failed trials, I have been able to secure a proper investment which I have benefited from, and it would be wrong to keep it to myself while others can benefit as well. I have been able to secure a lot for myself in less than a month with the help of Mrs kirkland tina. she is a Binary and Forex broker. I started with a minimum investment of $500 and earned $6,500 within 7 days. Most of you might think it's a joke, but this is how people miss wonderful opportunities. If you want to know more about this, kindly contact him viaEmail:kirklandtina7@gmail.comWhatsApp: +1 (970)638-3982

GooglePoor communication by agents (but reception staff lovely). Submitted an offer on a house and never heard back from them. Shocked they are still in business - other local agents much better.

GoogleOverall great help and friendly staff. I would recommend this estate agent in Exeter if you are planning to rent a property here. Compared to other agencies the properties are priced higher but the properties are in better condition and location. And you get a friendly staff. Professional.

GoogleGemma Neale is very professional, personable and has a great sense of humour. She was an absolute pleasure to have as my estate agent. She went over and above of what can be expected of an estate agent.
As a first time seller her kindness and understanding made a stressful process much easier.

GoogleI emailed before moving overseas from the US to see if there were any properties that suited my needs. Hannah helped find a property the worked perfectly and Holly assisted with getting the details sorted so that all I had to do was arrive at the property and take the keys. I couldn't have asked for a more stress-free move! A big thank you to Hannah, Holly, and the Wilkinson Grant & Co. team for making this happen. Minor issues upon arrival were quickly dispatched by Sonya. Very satisfied.

GoogleWe recently completed the sale of our property and purchase of another, both with Wilkinson Grant (Topsham office). We found them professional and efficient throughout. Tom Folland led our valuation and sale, then subsequent introduction and purchase of a new house, after our initial onward chain broke (with a different agent). Tom continued with us throughout our conveyancing, he and the Topsham team were always available should we need advice or a property brain to pick!
This isn't the first time we have sold or bought a property, but it is the first experience with WG. We found the service they provided to be excellent - our best interest seemed to be at the core of our relationship, making us feel like a valued client.
I would highly recommend Tom and his team; even if you are indecisive about your onward move - after a friendly chat, they seem to quickly identify prospective properties within your budget and desires!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe could have gone with Purple Bricks as we had previously tried to sell with them and had paid up front.
We decided Instead to have Gemma Neale as our Estate Agent because she had been highly recommended by my daughter, following her own sale. Wilkinson Grant happened to be Gemma’s employer.
What a great decision that was! Gemma was so friendly, supportive and knowledgeable throughout. She was easy to get hold of, responded to questions promptly, gave us excellent recommendations for solicitors and helped us to negotiate a great sale. Her integrity was illustrated by only supporting genuine viewings, even discouraging a persistent gentleman for whom our house would have been totally inappropriate. Gemma was very considerate towards our tenant and built a good rapport with her. Liaising between us and our buyer, she kept everything moving. Having her there along our journey made a huge difference to our experience of the sale. We would definitely look up Gemma again when we sell our current house.
Wilkinson Grant have good office staff dealing with the progression of the sale. Kate King, Sales Progression Manager, was also very helpful and replied promptly to emails.
