GoogleLousy service and disinterest from Wilkinson Grant & Co as I assume my property didn't fit their criteria - they couldn't even be bothered to return my enquiry short of a quick email. Very glad to deal instead with 4 other Estate Agents who gave prompt and polite service and in the end went with Samuels based in Exeter who have been exemplary.

FacebookThey charge more than other estate agents but are no better. We didn't get the service we were sold. They say that they have someone who's full time job is to constantly ring the other solicitors / agents in the chain to make sure nothing falls apart. What they don't say though is that she works part time. She sat on our sale for weeks before doing anything. There was little communication from her unless we got in touch first. She even failed to notify us that the initial date for exchange wasn't going to happen. On the actual day of exchange, she couldn't even do that before us telling her to do it. I'm still surprised to this day that we completed on the agreed day. The only thing she managed to do without us telling her was to get their bill into the solicitor for their part of the money. A really disappointing experience.

GoogleI have worked with Wilkinson Grant & Co for several years looking after the fire protection at several properties. The property manager I deal with is Sonya. Sonya is always very organised, pro-active and informative. Sonya is a very experienced property manager and goes above and beyond to ensure all jobs are completed with success and ease. I would highly recommend Sonya if a property manager is what you are looking for.
