GoogleWe were very impressed by the professional team at Exeter who provided advice and support at every stage of the sale. In our view all the team did a great job but we want to particularly thank Daniel and Amy on the advice and marketing aspects and also Emily for the impressive video tour and Stephanie for carrying out excellent viewings. The whole sale process went very smoothly and we have no hesitation in giving Wilkinson Grant 5+ stars!

Providing advice and support where needed, sorting great particulars, photos, video tour rapidly with minimal fuss. From deciding to put our property on the market to accepting an offer took less than 4 weeks - really impressive. Helping us choose the right buyers was key to ensure best chance of success in completing both our sale. We were really impressed with the completion manager (Kate) who was worth their weight in gold by bringing all parties and conveyancers together to drive exchange of contracts and completion of sale. FacebookGemma Neale in the Exeter office is the most professional, personable estate agent I have met. Unfortunately for me, the house I was hoping to purchase via her didn't work out for reasons not related to the estate agency. However, throughout 6 months Gemma did all that was possible to allow the house to be sold. She remained focussed, clear and kept both the sellers of the property and myself as the purchaser fully informed. If I were selling in the area I would definitely choose Gemma at WG Exeter.

GoogleLooking for a house at a distance is never easy but before travelling any distance it was good to get further details on the property to avoid a wasted trip. We found Gemma Neale very informative and professional and she met us to view and answer all of our questions in a very transparent and friendly manner.

GoogleFrom the beginning of the process we were treated better than any of the many estate agents in Exeter we dealt with in the stressful house hunting times. Lisa listened to our criteria and helped us secure with no stress the house we wanted. She was a dream to deal with. Then things were handed over to Gabby who helped with everything from offer excepted to completion and again was an absolute pleasure to do business with.if /when we sell in the future 100% be going with Wilkinson Thanks to everyone else who also helped us there.

GoogleWe could have gone with Purple Bricks as we had previously tried to sell with them and had paid up front. We decided Instead to have Gemma Neale as our Estate Agent because she had been highly recommended by my daughter, following her own sale. Wilkinson Grant happened to be Gemma’s employer. What a great decision that was! Gemma was so friendly, supportive and knowledgeable throughout. She was easy to get hold of, responded to questions promptly, gave us excellent recommendations for solicitors and helped us to negotiate a great sale. Her integrity was illustrated by only supporting genuine viewings, even discouraging a persistent gentleman for whom our house would have been totally inappropriate. Gemma was very considerate towards our tenant and built a good rapport with her. Liaising between us and our buyer, she kept everything moving. Having her there along our journey made a huge difference to our experience of the sale. We would definitely look up Gemma again when we sell our current house. Wilkinson Grant have good office staff dealing with the progression of the sale. Kate King, Sales Progression Manager, was also very helpful and replied promptly to emails.

GoogleWhat a great experience. We were late to see the listed house on Right Move and made a call to see if we could view the property. They were fully booked but placed us on a reserve list. The next day we were given a viewing, confirmed by a phone call and email. Gemma called us on the day to confirm our attendance and she met us at the address. She exuded friendliness, confidence, professionalism and was extremely easy to communicate with. She clearly knew the house details and answered all our questions and some. It was an absolute pleasure to walk around the house and given a guided tour. We felt completely at ease and thoroughly enjoyed our time in her company.
