Without their support I don’t think it would have been possible to complete on the property. I would highly recommend the Exeter Office team if you are looking at purchasing a New Home. GoogleFantastic service as always from the whole team, but a special mention for Giles Hann who was spot on with the valuation, Nick Turner who spent ages with our buyers visualising how they could live in the house and setting expectations so their offer was the right level, and massive thanks to Kate King who managed the sale through to completion and made the process work. Without the team effort I do not think we would have got there. Anyone who even considers using a different agency would be absolutely bonkers!

FacebookWe were very fortunate to have had Gemma as our agent. She really worked so hard available 7 days a week for viewings in spite of working part time. We found Gemma to be very professional, honest, extremely hard working, motivated and great fun. Always important to have some humour during times of stress! Gemma made our house move very swift and smooth. I would say she is someone who obviously loves her job and is always prepared to go the extra mile. I would certainly recommend both Wilkinson Grant and Gemma.

GoogleI have worked with Wilkinson Grant & Co for several years looking after the fire protection at several properties. The property manager I deal with is Sonya. Sonya is always very organised, pro-active and informative. Sonya is a very experienced property manager and goes above and beyond to ensure all jobs are completed with success and ease. I would highly recommend Sonya if a property manager is what you are looking for.

GoogleWe used Wilkinson Grant to sell our house recently. Though Gemma Neale we have known for 5 yrs now.....she was one of the local estate agents to show us around a few houses when we were looking to move to the area back in 2019. Gemma is just brilliant 🤗 She is friendly, professional, listens & is really knowledgeable of the area & of any properties you would be viewing. She is relatable, down to earth, clearly puts everything into her works & it shows. So it was clear who we would use to sell our house....WG. A WhatsApp group is set up, so as communication is fluid. Gemma works so hard....Not fazed by anything....just the same friendly, hard working lovely she is. She is the oil in all the cogs basically. A credit to WG

Hannah Sanders was also really helpful with our queries. Once we had agreed a purchase Kate King helped keep us in touch with the vendor in order to answer questions and resolve any problems. GoogleI'm so glad I went with Gemma Neale from Wilkinson Grant for the sale of my late father's home. Right from the start Gemma was engaging, professional and friendly. She spent an hour at the property at valuation, not only looking around, but asking questions about its history, and being genuinely interested. Wilkinson Grant kept in touch throughout the whole process of selling the property, and Gemma definitely went above and beyond the remit of an estate agent, sending messages to keep me informed of viewings and the sale process all the way along; I never felt I had to chase her for information. The whole team at Wilkinson Grant did their job professionally, and were approachable and friendly whenever we had contact. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would happily use them again if I was buying or selling a house in the area.

GoogleWe followed Sonya Cross when she joined Wilkinson Grant from her previous firm. We could not envisage having buy to let properties without Sonya's input in the managing of them. We have owned buy to lets for 20 years and the first years were not easy but once Sonya took over our portfolio things changed dramatically. She just gets on with the job and refers very little to us for instruction. She really does manage them for us and we are so pleased and feel so lucky to have her as our agent.
