From the 1st contact we had in looking around the property, to collecting the keys at Completion, Cath Chadney and team too away all concerns or worries. They were the perfect conduit between us and the seller to work out the small details and negotiate a suitable completion date for the chain. Cath and the Wilkinson Grant team have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you very much. You've been amazing. We love our new home.

GoogleI would like to recommend Wilkinson Grant highly after the sale of my property. It was a very difficult sale due to my personal circumstances and this was always handled very sensitively. James Mould guided me through the early process of marketing and dealt with many of the viewings, he was always available to talk things through and give feedback. He was honest with me at all times and strived for the best outcome even though things didn’t always go to plan. Once a sale had been agreed Kate King took over to guide me through the next process. Again things were not always straightforward but she worked hard to make sure things progressed and this eventually led to completion on the property. Great care was always taken to keep me informed. I was copied into emails between solicitors and the buyer so I knew how things were progressing. I can’t pretend that it wasn’t a stressful process for me but felt the staff at Wilkinson Grant were always professional and appreciated the personal touch that I was given. Anna Griss

GoogleThis team has been amazing from the outset, from helping secure the purchase of the property we wanted right through to completion they have been fantastic. I have moved many times and without doubt they are the best estate agents I have ever experienced. Our purchase should have been straightforward but became very complicated and with difficult issues between the solicitors and myself and the sellers they were key to keeping the sale moving forward to completion and stopping it falling apart. They were also incredibly supportive and sympathetic to me when I was struggling with the uncertainty and stress of the situation and I am very grateful to Kate King and James Rideout because they were fabulous. The people in a business are what makes the difference and these two are pure class, professional but personal. If I ever move again I know exactly who I want to sell my house.
