GoogleI really do not appreciate flyers through my door. Not only is irrelevant to me. I am not interested. I am fed up of getting these though my door all the time from you. It’s a waste of your money as I chuck it straight in the recycling bin once I have ripped it up. Stop harassing people with these flyers. Once again received another leaflet though the door this morning from these people. Not only did it make me jump because it sounded like someone trying to break in but I don’t want these flyers through my door. You shouldn’t be harassing people to get business.

After just one viewing, Adam understood exactly what we were after and gave some sound advice of the areas most likely to have what we are looking for. Nice, genuine and knowledgable. After some of the agents we have met, Adam has been great thus far. Hopefully we can find our next home with him.

GoogleGenerally badly managed and poorly run estate agents. Do yourself a favour and look at a more wide spread estate agent and don’t rely on their apparent “local knowledge” They used clearly inexperienced agents to show people around our house (who knew nothing when answering people’s questions) who then offered zero feedback (after lots of chasing for some type of insight into how the viewings went) They also appear to have so many listings in the epsom area and not the people to manage them all, so you get very little in the way of support of their time etc
