We used the Personal Agent to sell our house, we also purchased our new house through them. The got the house on the market quickly, with good photos and video. They organised an open house within a few days, and we got 3 offers. The selling process hit some delays and their sales progresser Frank was excellent at keeping the chain together and dealing with buyers, sellers, their agents, solicitors and financial advisors. We have been happy with the whole service.

One of the worst viewing experiences ever for a property was with your Epsom branch agent “R” She couldn’t treat us any worse starting from trying to change the appointment’s time after being confirmed by email and sms (unprofessional), then standing outside the property door declaring that I had only got 2 minutes (when I was still in my car upon arrival when I actually had at least 8 min time slot), then refusing to allow me to the garden and literally pushing me out of the property after 2 min (when my time slot still had 5 more minutes) When I complained I was ignored. I am not sure if this property is truly for sale or is what happened just being unprofessional. But both ways, I don’t think dealing with this agent is worth my wasted time

The entire team in Epsom were really great. Even though we were not their clients (we were buyers), they were all very professional. Both Joe and Morgan were very helpful throughout the process of looking for our first home to buy. They were easily reachable by phone, communicated well with us by email and phone, notified us when a new property was on the market, arranged viewings with sometimes short notice and were very professional. We also spoke with Chris a few times on the phone and he dealt with our requests efficiently. Sarah followed the sales and kept us updated throughout from just before exchange to completion.
