GoogleWe purchased with this Estate Agent and the support from Joe was outstanding throughout the process. He went over and above to ensure we were able to obtain our new home. GoogleHighly recommend The personal agent, and in particular Joe. We bought our house from them 5 years ago and they were a pleasure to deal with then , when it came to selling the property we were only ever going to sell with them. They have exceeded our expectations and not only sold our property after less than a week on the market but also secured us our next home in that time. Great communication throughout and prompt responses, all the team have been great.

GoogleWe were very impressed with The Personal Agent, the key word being ‘Personal’. Over the course of our viewings we got to know the team and as a result they got a real feel for the kind of property we were looking for. We dealt primarily with Joe who was very proactive in suggesting properties and very quick at replying to any questions. They were also very accommodating when in came to squeezing in viewings to suit our availability. On a more general note, The Personal Agent had a strong presence in the areas we were interested in and seemed to have a relatively high turnover of properties with few coming back to the market. We’d like to thank Joe, Chris, Adam, Morgan, Sian and anyone else from the team not mentioned here for their help!

GoogleGreat company who have made us feel at ease in buying our first property. Adam has been helping us along the way, he has been fantastic and made us feel very comfortable in the process, whether that be viewings, emails or over the phone. First time buying can be a scary field as you are totally new to everything, but nothing has been to much for Adam. He has honestly answered all of our questions and queries to the best of his knowledge and if he doesnt know then he will simply just say he doesnt know and offer to find out for you. The above alone has made the experience feel genuine and relaxed, as some estate agents can sometimes fill your head with jargon that you dont understand, where as with Adam we haven't felt this way at all. GoogleGreat experience at our recent property viewings with this agency and particularly with agent Chris Shaw. Chris was really professional from the beginning to the end of our visit. I was really impressed at how professional and knowledgeable about the property Chris was. We had all the necessary information provided and ALL our questions answered which has proven to be extremely rare in the current market..! Most of the other estate agencies / agents we dealt with lately would tell us from the start that they had no knowledge about the properties they’re showing and were only appointed to replace one of their colleagues to do the viewing which was frustrating and a waste of time.. GoogleAdam Latter is a very professional estate agent. Always arriving on time, he conducts the viewings professionally by giving all required information about the property and transaction. He always keeps us informed of the potential properties that we're interested. He has found us a property eventually! Thank you, Adam- can't thank you enough-you are a star!
