Would not reply to our emails. Getting them to do anything was a nightmare and once we left they got on our back for the smallest things even though we moved into a MESSY apartment to begin with. Would not recommend to anyone

GoogleThe most pathetic experience ever. Unprofessional, unfriendly people. No respect for others time, auto cancel viewings to their whims and fancies. Would never ever recommend to anyone. Have performed lower than my lowest expectations.

GoogleWell,today they are just forgot to tell me the property i meant to view is already under offer. I wasted 2 hours of my time just to get in there and find out my appointment is cancelled.They said apologies on the phone,but still frustrating.

My partner and I are currently looking to relocate to Edinburgh from England, trying to manage everything on the phone. When calling the DJ Alexander Team directly through the contact information available through their website, staff promptly responded to my call and Angus F. was very helpful in advising me how to proceed with booking viewings. I had to edit my review, however, because they let a flat that we had already booked a viewing for, before the viewing took place.

Google5 star service, polite, reliable and fair. I have been with them since July 2018 and they make me feel safe about my renting. Massive thanks for Karen Sewell for being warm and attentive and also to Alistair Scott to help me fall in love with a recently viewed property.

GoogleSupremely unhelpful. Online booking only is massively frustrating. When I called the office, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Not able to help arrange a viewing or answer questions. Do not use.

GoogleI have rented my flat through DJ Alexander for a long number of years and I am happy with their service. To be 100% honest there was a period recently where I was disappointed with disjointed communication and a myriad of expenses. However, since being appointed a contact person again, the amazing Natalie Cotton, things have turned around quickly and happy to give five stars.

No one will help me. Ive also been trying to contact them for around 4 weeks now and I have had 0 replies. Countless properties I have tried enquiring about through emails, Ive called many times only to be put on hold for 30 mins with no answer. I have left voicemails and no calls back. I dont know how anyone is supposed to get in contact with them, I see an ad for a flat that I like and its always this company...I know now to avoid reaching out because it will be a waste of my time. Absoloutely ridiculous and so disheartening. Either get more staff or have the ones that work there already do their jobs properly.
