Horrendous service for prospective renters. Only unemployed people have time for the runaround this agency gives to their looking to rent customers. If you get a tenant through DJ they probably cant pay their rent as no person with a day job can go through this hazing.

GoogleHad a lot of trouble with other letting agents since moving to Edinburgh from Manchester as we came unemployed and rejected any offers we made, but DJ Alexander were always professional, personable and reliable at every viewing and very helpful over the phone when booking viewings. Evie Hunter showed us round numerous flats over the last three week making it a personal mission to find us a place before we were kicked out of our Airbnb. She is an absolute diamond and a Godsend.
