GoogleCalled over 20x. No one has ever picked up the phone. Seem to have some great properties but can not get in touch with them. Very rigid for 9-5 which can not work for anyone who has a day job. Once I was in touch service was good and professional

Deposit issueThe same problem has been raised by others too. This company does not like to return your deposit. Moreover, they do not like to respond to your emails about the deposit. So, request your deposit back via SafeDeposits Scotland as soon as you leave the property. Otherwise, you will need to wait for months.

Braemore (or now merged with DJ Alexander) are extremely inefficient in carrying out maintenance issues. We've been without hot water for 3 weeks, and no one gives us any indication when the job will be completed. There's been no delay from the contractor's side, it's the DJ. Truly disappointing.
