TrustpilotDon't bother cleaning before you leave, they'll try to scam you anyway
We rented one of their properties for four years, not having problems with them in all that time (probably because we didn't need to contact them very often). Before we vacated the property at the end of July 2022, we spent £400 on a cleaning company to make sure we'd get our deposit back. They came to us a week later telling us that the skirting was dirty (which it was, shame on the cleaners!) and telling us we'd have to pay for it. One month later, they show up with an invoice that says they cleaned the whole property and ask us to pay it, and when we tell them we think we should pay a proportional part of it since we had already paid for a full cleanup, they come at us with a different invoice for £150 that doesn't even list what they did and tell us we have to pay that instead! It's February now and we are still arguing about this, we should have just left the house uncleaned and let them deduct the money from our deposit, would have saved lots of headaches and they wouldn't have had the chance to try and make us look like fools.

We are thankful to them Staff members were so helpful. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.( lauryn, Christin, Ashley). They made the whole process feel easy. The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. I would trust them with my eyes closed and their attention to detail and level of time/dedication to their clients is outstanding.Finally we found our dream house thanks alot again ( Parvinder Singh ,Kiranjot kaur)

GoogleWhile the company was definitely a bit difficult to get on the phone, we had a good experience working with them. Ali Scott was particularly helpful, answered all of our questions when showing us a flat, and successfully negotiated with the landlords on our behalf.

This is my second review and, months later, I continue to have nothing but problems with this company. I will be recommending any fellow landlords avoid this company like the plague. I have to contact them to remit my income and it’s consistently had deductions improperly applied. An absolute joke.
