GoogleUtterly dreadful lack of communication regarding a boiler that was only repaired two monhs ago. To be informed at 4.45 that there will be no heat or hot water for a second night is unacceptable. To make no offer of help is not just unprofessional but inhumane. So completely sickened by DJ Alexander, will be seeking other accommodation through an agency that is professional. Chris

We have an engineer attending again today to try and diagnose the issues and resolve. Under the repairing standards we/the landlord have taken all the actions expected to date.
