GoogleI had a fantastic experience dealing with D.J. Alexander through which I recently found my current flat. They were at all times professional, quick to respond both by email and phone, and couldn't do enough to help, even after we moved in. Lauren Edmond in particular was incredibly helpful and patient. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy in the Edinburgh area.

We work with DJ Alexander's maintenance team and find them to be very efficient and professional. In particular we work closely with the End of Tenancy Maintenance Department (Lisa, Angie, Amy, Sophie and Katie). They are easy to communicate with and genuinely seem to have their tenants and Landlords best interests at heart.

I am not a tenant this is a review of their website. Its useless and has you repeat the same questions over and over again just to tell you there are no viewing slot available. Why make the book a viewing tab available if no viewing slots are available?

Dj Alexander provide reasonably priced, excellent rentals in Edinburgh city centre. Kieran Mooney, the PM, has been extremely helpful, from our viewing to finding out our applications had been accepted for the flat on the same day! Couldn’t recommend the service Kieran provided through Dj Alexander enough!

Terrible viewing/scheduling system.I cannot get a viewing with them, I've set up a script to verify their new listings everywhere every minute, and I apply for viewings the minute properties come out in the market, but somehow the viewings slots are always full. No other letting agent has this problem.
