Definitely had a good experience with DJ Alexander. I viewed the property, got a response, got my credit checks done and confirmed a move in date all within one week!! Lee was very prompt in responding to my emails and it was so helpful. She also answered all my queries without any complaints. 10/10 I would recommend. 😊

Imran iqbal was the propery manager who inspected on my tenancy .So reassuring, polite professional but a real patient human .I was left so much calmer ( i do suffer from stress and anxiety). He went out of his way to be reassuring and treated me like a person not a customer .

GoogleIf you see the name Dj alexander... RUN. Shame I cannot give them less than a star. They are the worst agent I ever had to deal with. When my lease ended, that's when they show their true colour, sending me random bills to pay just so they can keep my deposit. I am so glad I am no longer their tenant.

It was 5 stars due to professionalism and the fast response from Ms. Sandie Whyte and Ms. Galina Webster during the pre-tenancy. However, some issues at the beginning of the tenancy need more than 5 weeks to resolve (no water, no hot water). One star down with that, hope can be improved in the future.

My entire experience with DJ Alexander has been brilliant. Every staff member I interacted with, whether in person or over the phone, has been quite kind and helpful. Laura Mctaggart helped us through the application and leasing process. We hit several snags through it and each time she was thorough in her explanation of the issue and how to fix it. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend DJ Alexander to anyone.

Garry Fox was especially helpful and diligent in assisting me with finding a new flat when I only had 2 weeks to do so, staying on the phone for ages to find and book viewings. It can take awhile to get through to the office, but definitely worth the wait!

I'm saw a rental property I'd like to view in Edinburgh but when I tried to call to arrange a viewing no-one answers the phone!So far I've called 6 times (half an hour apart) and after choosing the appropriate option the phone just rings until it cuts out! My call isn't placed in a queue nor can I leave a message. This is absolutely pathetic and completely unacceptable!ANSWER THE BLOODY PHONE!

GoogleTerrible service, I have tried numerous times to get hold of their office and was kept on hold for over half a hour at one point. No one ever answers, been trying to view a property but its impossible to do so when no one ever comes back to you .

Overall the flat renting was very smooth and fast. From Alistair Scott showing the flats and passing our information to the landlord, securing their approval the next day. To Lee Charlton being really helping with the final background checks and signing of thr tenancy agreement. She was always there to answer any questions we had. From viewing to lease signing it took us a week. Very pleased with d j alexander services.
