Had a very good experience with Asif Mohammed through DJ Alexander. I really appreciated his willingness to work with me as I was at our town at the time of applying for my flat, and he let a friend view it on my behalf. He was very prompt and informative in his emails.

Really smooth process dealing with DJ Alexander, from the automated application system, to the communication from the staff. GoogleTerrible liars. I busted them twice in the same dishonest drivel they were dishing up when they were attempting to overcharge for maintenance work. Avoid at all costs His pathetic response below is another lie, they double down on their lie and then played the victim. I repeat, avoid at all costs.

GoogleUseless on all levels, start to finish. Staff either ignore or fail to pass on messages, dirty properties are presented to tenants who are then, audaciously, expected to hand them over in a state of sterility even Kim and Aggie would find impossible. Received emails are a joke with the level of illiteracy of fairly senior staff breathtaking. It begs the question - where do the company find these people?! No thank you, short stay thank goodness.

It took a while to get through the waiting list though it was worth the wait. I spoke with a representative called Laura. She helped me out straight and away and got the ball rolling with my request. Left me with a positive start to my day. Really pleased with my overall experience and fingers crossed the rest of it goes through the same.

GoogleNot great with students Cancelling last minute viewings Following my review o was contacted by the agency and got more help. They did look into my case and promised to help us more. It has to do with the fact that landlords are being picky about students and they prefer professionals and tourist more.
