GoogleSo viewed a hovel with them, spam emails all day long and no option to opt out. Insistence on viewing on their terms on their times using their system. They clearly don’t care about gdpr compliance so what else don’t they care about

GoogleI met with Laura O'Donnell and Neil Bukes to discuss my property and found them to be, helpful, easy going, caring and professional. They both had a good understanding and a high regard for people and property. They were both so easy to deal with and it only took a few days for them to secure a tenant to my property. Had a lot of trouble with other letting agents since moving to Edinburgh from Manchester as we came unemployed and rejected any offers we made, but DJ Alexander were always professional, personable and reliable at every viewing and very helpful over the phone when booking viewings.Evie Hunter showed us round numerous flats over the last three week making it a personal mission to find us a place before we were kicked out of our Airbnb. She is an absolute diamond and a Godsend.

Our experience of flat viewing with DJ Alexander was great! As first time renters this process can be a bit daunting, but the property manager helping us, Gemma, was amazing. Provided good communication with me before and after the viewing, answered all questions we had and was very friendly. We will definitely continue to use DJ Alexander during our flat search!

Fine home - excellent customer servicesTransferred to D J Alexander and experienced poor and unhelpful customer serviceThey make up their own rules and make you pay additional charges for them to bank transfer money to you if you make a mistake saying it’s a service out of lease. They charged me %20 of the money they owed me.

I’d like to mention how well looked after we were by Laura Mctaggart when my son ws recently looking for a home in Edinburgh. I work for an estate agent in the Midlands but was surprised by how busy and competitive the market there is; however, Laura answered all questions quickly and reassuringly, and helped him through a stressful time. Highly recommended and thank you!

As a landlord I wasn't very impressed with DJ Alexander. Any repairs they organised were expensive and when it came to letting it seemed like they were more concerned with their own convenience than that of the owner e.g. wanting a 2 week void between lettings to allow them time to inspect the property. Would not use them againl
