GoogleCalled 2 times, Visited once aswell for apartment. I was assured to recieved a callback. No one ever called me for apartment, though I called after some research for apartment but then also no response from their side. Not helpful to me. Disappointed
Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you feel you did not receive the level of service you expected. We have looked into this and it transpires that a member of staff spoke to you on three occasions and told you that we did not have a suitable property for you as you wanted a 2 bed flat for 4 adult sharers for a low budget of £1,200, 1,300 per month. The negotiator told you that we did not have any suitable properties currently available, particularly ones that had a HMO licence for 4 adult sharers or within the budget you requested. You said that you needed to move very quickly and you were relying on us to find you a property as we are a big Estate Agent and we advised you to look elsewhere as it would be unlikely that we would find something to suit your needs within such a short time frame.

GoogleWe have never had a Planned Preventative Maintenance Report done before, so thank you for explaining its purpose and thank you for arranging it for us. Now we can set the reserve fund contributions based on our actual needs rather than guesswork. Don't know why we didn't think of that ourselves previously?

GoogleAs a leaseholder who lives abroad and rents her property out, anxiety levels can be high! However, I can honestly say any initial anxieties I may have had, have not been justified. Any questions I have had, have been answered knowledgeably and in a timely fashion. Would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleOn 17 December 2019 I posted here under the pseudonym Hazel Marks a critical review that was false. In fact I am Daniel Frankel-Pollen. In the review I wrote: ‘Awful experience from these guys they refuse to call me back and when we did speak they just fobbed me off as a housing benefit tenant when I am not. I have been a tenant for over 4 years.. they are liars and thiefs do not go near them with a barge pole let alone rent through them or give them your property. STAY AWAY FROM ABC’ None of these allegations were true. I posted the review as a result of certain on-going issues in my personal life. However, this doesn’t excuse my behaviour.I have since apologised to Richard, Hannah and Tamara Davidoff of ABC for what I posted, I have removed the review from Google and I am happy to make clear that there was no truth in any of the criticisms of the Davidoffs and their business that I posted on Google. I have agreed to pay a substantial sum in compensation to the Davidoffs and ABC and their legal costs. I have also undertaken not to repeat any of the criticisms I made in the review. I am pleased to say that the Davidoffs and ABC have accepted this as drawing a final line under this matter

Googleour communal boilers went down over the Christmas break and it was freezing. I called the emergency number half expecting to get fobbed off till after the break, but the engineer came and fixed it within 4 or 5 hours. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

GoogleThe Out of Hours help line really works! We had a problem with blocked drains resulting in raw sewage in our car park. Within 2 hours we had contractors on site who cleaned the effluent, unblocked the drain and disinfected the car park. Very impressive service.
