GoogleOur estate had a problem with "unsavoury tenants" using various flats for immoral purposes. ABC took a zero tolerance policy when they took over and less than a year later we can now walk around at night without feeling at risk. Very professional service.

GoogleABC conducted a section 20 consultation for the refurbishment of our lifts. This was a technically challenging job and had a cost of six figures. We must compliment the block management team for doing a superb job and keeping cost within check and delivering good value for money.

My partner and I recently returned to the UK seeking rented accommodation. As we could not provide up to date references many agencies and landlords would not consider us even though we are upstanding people. Bradly worked hard to show us a number of properties and once we found the ideal property Bradly arranged a Rent Guarantee for us with an independent insurance company. The landlord accepted this in lieu of references and we have now signed contracts and settled in. We received great service and would always recommend you in the future.

Our freeholder recently instructed ABC ALDERMARTIN to manage our building. For years they had managed it themselves but they only did the bare minimum. Since ABC ALDERMARTIN took over they have regularised everything so that we have now got all the relevant certificates and the place is now cleaned regularly and looked after properly. Whilst the service charge has gone up a bit, it is money well spent. We are all very happy with the current situation, long may it last. 5 stars.

GoogleScammers avoid at all costs. Manage the property yourself . This company submits fraudulent insurance claims and fake invoices for work that is not carried out.Hammer and chisel builders are a fake company and majority of the work charged to leaseholders is not carried out
SPOILER ALERT. This is not a genuine review. Sour grapes from an ex-member of staff who was fired last week, and this is their way of getting revenge, by posting a fake negative review. Of course this can't have occurred because the insurance company appoints their own loss adjuster to investigate and review both the background of the claim as well as the value of the claim. If they were not satisfied they would not pay out.

Googlefantastic company and people. We sold our flat through ABC and found them to be a diamond in the rough of estate agents. We had quite a few buyers who messed us around but with the help of abc and Stuart in particular the flat was sold. I have bought and sold several property's and iam yet to receive the same level of service that I did here. Fantastic agents and Stuart in particular was a lifeline.

GoogleAbsolutely garbage company. Not interested in the tenant whatsoever, only concern is maximising money from the tenant at the end of tenancy at every opportunity. Won't be going near them again, worst experience I have had in ten years of renting in London.
Dear Callum, I have checked our records and we do not have a client with this name on our system. I have checked with my colleagues and no one recognised the situation you portray? We are confident the post has been uploaded by the same single person who has uploaded numerous other negative posts for their own purposes over the last year or so. When we have genuine complaints or criticism we are happy to take them on board and respond, but it is impossible to respond to a post that is based on total lies, and all follow the same theme and format. The facts as you suggest do not stack up as any dispute at the end of the tenancy would be independently adjudicated by the TDS, and it would be impossible for an agency to “maximise money from the tenant” as suggested.

GooglePlease do not use this company. They are crooks, They use a fictional company called Hammer and Chisel to steal your hard earned cash and no work takes place. Imaginary guttering work and drain clearances are standard by the manager Mark Reed.
Dear Harvey, I have checked our records and we do not have a client with this name on our system. I have to wonder if this post is by a competing agent seeking to tarnish our name? I have checked with my colleagues and no one recognised the situation you portray? Hammer & chisel are just one of many contractors that we use, all of whom must supply their public liability insurance and references before we add them to our approved contractors list. All our contractors will provide us with photos before and after any gutter works or drainage works are carried out on our portfolio so that date and time stamped evidence is available to all legitimate clients who have work carried out on their premises.

Georgina & Lina have gone above and beyond the call of duty, helping us on Saturday night when the boiler broke down. Georgina came over and lent us 3 electric heaters so the kids were warm, whilst Lina arranged an emergency plumber to attend on Sunday morning to fix the boiler so we could have hot water. This could have been a disaster but they made it a smooth operation. Well done both of you!
