GoogleHaving read some of the reviews I was somewhat concerned when our freeholder instructed ABC a year ago. We have since Collectively Enfranchised and bought out the Freeholder and am happy to say we have retained ABC as our agent and are very pleased with their service. Keep up the good work. Both we and the lessees are happy with the progress made this past year.

GoogleAwful experience from these guys they refuse to call me back and when we did speak they just fobbed me off as a housing benefit tenant when I am not. I have been a tenant for over 4 years..they are liars and thiefs do not go near them with a barge pole let alone rent through them or give them your property. STAY AWAY FROM ABC
Dear Hazel, I have checked our records and we do not have a client with this name on our system. I have checked with my colleagues and no one recognised the situation you portray? I have to wonder if this post is by a competing agent seeking to tarnish our name? In any event the scenario you portray doesn't make sense as our Negotiators only make commission when they close a deal, - there is no commerciality in ignoring any applicant. Furthermore many of our clients are happy to take tenants on DSS. I suggest that you have made this up just to post a negative review.........

GoogleAs a developer I should never have managed the block myself, but I thought it would be easy. After 8 months of aggravation I passed it to Aldermartin and they have now resolved many issues to my satisfaction. I have another development due to finish in a few months time and I will definitely give it to Aldermartin to manage as well from day 1.

GoogleRichard Davidoff attended the FTT with me as my nominee to be appointed as a Manager by the Court. It was a complicated procedure that Richard guided us through with aplomb. Adopting a conciliatory position Richard has started to build bridges with the freeholder and appears to have won him over, which makes the whole atmosphere so much more conducive to a successful outcome.

GoogleABC recently took over the management of our block. We were all concerned that the old managing agent would not cooperate with the handover process. Richard led them through his Handover Protocol firmly and politely and made sure we eventually got all of the data and paperwork from the old agent that was required. Good start, very impressed.

GoogleABC have just successfully concluded a major project replacing the roof on our block. We are a Grade II Listed Building in a conservation area. The whole project went smoothly, came in on budget and with only a slight delay due to the recent inclement weather. GoogleAbc are true professionals. They are always so fast and efficient to resolve any issues that arise in the block. We had a terrible leak in the communal area, Richard called an emergency plumber who was able to come out over the weekend. The whole issue was sorted within 24 hours of the problem occurring. We were so very impressed!
