GoogleInitially we only gave Abc our house to rent out, the whole process was hassle free! They found us great tenants who rented from us for 2 years with no issues. When it was time to sell, we made the very easy decision to ask Abc to sell it for us, they helped us through every stage of the sale taking away any stress! Both the letting and sales team were helpful, straight talking and efficient!

GoogleThis is the worst possible place to do anything. They are awful people and will do anything to get money off you, all they do is scam people and they are probably the worst quality company I've ever actually seen. Please do not waste your time at this place and go to a different place if you are looking for literally anything because they will scam you. Worst experience with any company ever.

GoogleAs a resident in a block located near the Edgware office, I have on occasion popped into the office when passing by on my way home from work when needed. The office as a whole is professional, friendly and welcoming (even when busy) and you really do feel that you are getting a personal service. GoogleAfter years of constant breakdowns and repairs to our lift, we finally took the decision to replace it. Mr Reed researched firms to advise on the specification and oversee the installation. He also negotiated with the various lift manufacturers to not only reduce their price but also to include an extra years’ service within the price. We now look forward to many years with no call outs.

GoogleI am sure some of their Block Managers are responsive. But sadly this has not been my experience at Falcon Road. We have found the relevant Block Manager passive, disorganised and haphazard. My advice to future new build leaseholders with ABC would be to hold their feet to the fire very early. From my dealings, they will tend to doing nothing if it as an option
Nick, I am sorry you feel like that. It is ABC’s policy to respond to every email and phone call within 24 hours where possible. The management of this new build block of flats was not the easiest as the Developer & Contractor fell out leaving certain matters in limbo, which meant that not all issues could be resolved swiftly. it didn’t help that we tried to accommodate various requests from the lessees, as an example, we budgeted for weekly cleaning of the common parts but the self-appointed committee demanded we instruct the cleaners to only attend fortnightly so as to cut costs, only then to receive complaints that the common parts were becoming messy, so we had to revert to our original plan of weekly attendance. There were other similar examples, but nevertheless we are endeavouring to try and keep all parties happy.

FacebookHorrible people, do not use! I brought this company forward to the FTT to be appointed new building manager. Their tone changed immediately after the appointment. Decided to maximise on the 2 years contract they had and arranged for an unnecessary large refurbishment, increasing my service charge from £350 to £25,000!!! They described our efforts to find a compromise as "fruitless discussion". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
