ABC Estates reviews from landlords

I had previously let my house through a local agent whom I chose because we negotiated a discounted commission. It was the most expensive saving I ever made! The tenant stopped paying rent after month 2 and sub-let some of the rooms. A colleague at work recommended ABC. Bradley was amazing in first trying to negotiate with the tenants, and then to guide me through the court process to evict the rogue tenants and seek to recover the arrears and damages. Bradley then found new tenants and arranged an insurance backed Rent Guarantee for me. It has been a breath of fresh air and I could not have done it without you. I am happy to recommend you to all of my friends.

A* letting and management team!

ABC look after my house as I have been transferred overseas for work, I have found the lettings and management team to be friendly, knowledgeable & efficient and I am extremely happy with them as my agent. They have made what has been a life changing event for myself and my family that much easier and for that I am grateful.

A team of true professionals

I was recommended to use ABC to help me evict a horrific tenant from my property that another agent had put in, they evicted them with ease and they are helping me pursue the tenant to get the rent arrears paid. They are a team of true professionals, I will not use any other agent from now on!

I have just let my property through ABC Estates, I have never used them before but was impressed with how quickly they found good tenants for me. The staff in various offices cooperated together so as to ensure it was let within a few days. Very impressed, i will definitely be using them again!
