We were very impressed with the team at Martyn Gerrard. They helped us to sell our place which took much longer than expected due to COVID and other challenges but they remained extremely professional and supportive throughout the transaction. We would particularly like to call out Christina Gemayel (mortgage advisor) who provided us with excellent advice, Faissal (Sales team) for his patience, determination, hard work and never-ending enthusiasm and Ronak (Sales progressor) for being an absolute star. We faced so many challenges along the way and were not sure to proceed but Ronak never gave up and worked tirelessly to make it happen. She used her expertise and knowledge to think outside the box and provided us with alternatives and solutions along the way. She was very responsive to all our queries and in constant communication with the different advisers/agents involved along the chain to ensure a smooth transaction. Thank you!

Faysal was very professional in his service and managed what seemed like a very tricky seller and seller's solicitor. Faysal kept us informed on the progress regularly and was always available to help throughout the process. Only reason for 4 star is that we would have expected more transparency from Martyn Gerrard regarding an issue that had cropped up during our purchase. We were told that both the owner and the co freeholder had no account of the issue. However, this was not true and we only found out once the purchase was complete and we moved in. Overall, Faysal's service cant be faulted. Martyn Gerrard could do with stricter policy around transparency.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Sergio from Martyn Gerrard, East Finchley. After what wasn’t a ‘straight forward’ move we finally got to the end and got the ball rolling. We were already stuck in an agreement but wanted to move to a bigger place - Sergio explained exactly what we needed to do, he remained calm and positive throughout the whole process, he explained things we didn’t really understand in a clear and concise manner. The whole process took around 3 weeks and Sergio remained in touch, answered any questions, well and truly raised the bar when it came to dealing with estate agents in general. When everything was finally confirmed that we were moving, Sergio ensured that all our requests were put in place and took the stress away from us. When viewings restrictions were lifted she had my flat back on the market in no time at all. Martyn Gerrard recently helped me purchase a house within the North London area. I was locating from the Midlands and they really made an effort to accommodate my available viewing dates and requirements of finding local surveyors and solicitors. Jenna was especially helpful, upon offer acceptance she diligently drove (what was) a problematic chain forwards, more so than other estate agents I’ve used in the past. We recently had an excellent experience when letting through Martin Gerrard. From day one when arranging viewings, right through to signing the contract, Hussein in the Lettings team was very friendly, helpful and professional. He always made time to answer any queries we had or update us on next steps and provided all the information we needed clearly and promptly. We actually had some difficulties with our previous landlord which delayed the whole process from our end and was quite a stressful situation but Hussein was very understanding, provided us with great advice and helped us through every step of the process. It felt like he genuinely cared and was on our side, rather than just a standard impersonal sales approach. We have now moved in to the property and the handover/inventory process was also made very simple. Martin Gerrard as a whole seems to be run very professionally, officially and by the book and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Just sold our 4 bed house through Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley. While it wasn't an easy sale, the guys and girls at Martyn Gerrard dealt with the sale with efficiency and aplomb. At every stage, Chris/Ronak/Ray and Toby took their jobs very seriously and we genuinely felt like they all actually care and want to make sure we are happy and comfortable! I would often have calls with the team after hours which shows real dedication and passion for what they do. I feel that Estate Agents generally have a certain reputation but these guys break the mould in that regard. They go about their work with pride and honesty and I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to buy or sell. Keep it up MG!
