Good Service

I have used this branch of Martyn Gerrard for some years and always been very satisfied with their efficiency. Last year I found this to be otherwise but decided to return a year later and give them a second chance. Marc Brahams proved to be a very able, conscientious employee. I found his approach very thorough and he was extremely efficient in finding me new tenants. He was only let down by some fault with electronic form filling but persisted to find a way around the difficulties I was experiencing. He restored my faith in the branch which had been severely damaged previously.

Letting Agent's Diligence

Since Marc Brahams has taken on the letting of our property in Finchley, he has shown a real desire to facilitate the finding of a suitable tenant! At all times, he has kept us informed of the progress that has been made, and his positive feedback has been invaluable. Energetic but fell short in listening

I was grateful to the regular communications and overall effort from both Marc and Chris however a criticism was on numerous occasions I felt that I wasn't listened too, I had to ask the questions as I was not given the information I was after, I sometimes felt Marc and Chris were in a rush. I was also frustrated that the flat was taken of the market for several days whilst the reference checking took place. Overall we secured new tenants and as that was the main requirement I am grateful.

Help with a problem tenant is very much appreciated

I am very grateful for a quick and professional resolving of a problem with my tenant who was consistently late with rent pay, changed his mobile number and avoided any contact to discuss the situation. While I was fearing the worst - serving notices on the tenant, court proceedings for obtaining a possession order, bailiffs, etc., Area Letting Manager from Martyn Gerrard East Finchley managed to sort it out for me by meeting my tenant in person. New mobile number was noted, the situation explained in detail, hopefully there would be no more delays. A huge thank you for your professional approach! Excellent and professional service with local knowledge

I have used Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley to let my property twice now. Each time they have done this efficiently and professionally, with no void period, achieving a great rent - and all done with a lot of charm! The letting staff have always been on hand to answer my queries - via email, phone and when I have popped into the office. I have really valued this as a new landlord. The fee they charge may be high in comparison to other letting agents but I think you get what you pay for in this instance. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.
