Incredible estate agent

Karine has been extremely helpful throughout the whole property search. She is very knowledgable and organised. What makes Karine stand out is her personality. She is incredibly personable, down to earth, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. She made us feel comfortable and reassured during the various stages of the property search. Other estate agents have not taken such care and only seem to want to get their commission! Karine is both professional and fun, making the process so much more pleasurable. Ryan was a great help at finding a property for myself and my two room mates. He actually listened to what we wanted and was honest about properties he thought wouldn't work for us or did work for us. I have been in contact with other agents whom I've given particular descriptions of what I was looking for. However they still sent properties that weren't within our description. Ryan suggested the place we are living in now, it was a quick move in which is what we needed and he helped make that happen.

Flawless service & advice

My partner and I had been looking for our first flat together for a few weeks before we found Martyn Gerrard. I was immediately impressed with their excellent customer service and willingness to help. As we didn't know the area (East Finchley), the staff gave us a great outline on what prices to expect and made us feel very comfortable in their hands. In particular, Ryan Rainford (Lettings Negotiator) went out of his way to help us find a great property. He (and all the staff) were so helpful and friendly, and as a bonus, their fees are a lot less than all the estate agents we went to. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
