Likeable, effective agent, easy to work with

We really enjoyed collaborating with Ronak and are very grateful for a successful outcome. She knows her business well and has a no nonsense honest, approach to her job. She worked hard for us as part of a very effective, well managed team in Martyn Gerrard's East Finchley branch. Like all her colleagues she was professional, courteous, responsive, empathetic, and focused on our needs. It was obvious that there is a well defined method behind MG’s approach to its clients and this was most reassuring.

Sale of 2 Flats in East Finchley

Thank you Ronak for all your efforts and hard work over the past 9 months. My sales have clearly been drawn out but you have always been fully engaged, approachable, and continually keeping me up to date with the saliant factors driving the sales. You have been very proffesional throughout (and I am sure to all parties) and your determination to hone-in and eventually complete the sales have been very impressive and extremely helpful to me. Thank you so much and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Shuab

A Great Result!

I cannot speak highly enough of Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley. The whole team are extremely knowledgeable and I was given excellent service from when I first asked them to value my property through to completion of the sale. Even in a tough sales market they were able to find buyers for my property at a good price level. I must give special thanks to Dario who patiently steered the whole process. Nothing was too much for him and he managed to overcome all the problems that the sale threw up. Other members of the team were always available to give advice or help with the sale. They will always be my first port of call for any advice about property in the future and I am sure I will use their services again. and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I felt in safe hands with Martyn Gerrard

I am pleased that I chose Martyn Gerrard as my estate agent for selling my flat as they were also the agent for the flat I was buying. Having one contact person for my sale and purchase - Ercan Aziz - made everything so much easier. Buying and selling property is so stressful and a good estate agent will help take some of that pressure off you. Ercan did a stellar job following up and trying to please both seller and buyer which isn't always easy. All in all a great experience, and I would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Ercan. The entire team were on the ball and pleasant to deal with.

Great experience

We had a great experience with Martyn Gerrard and particularly Dario. He ensured we had lots of viewings and secured us a great offer within two weeks. He was very supportive throughout the whole process all the way to exchange and kept us updated throughout. We would certainly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Dario as an agent.

Great estate agent

Ronak has been really professional but still maintained a good personal relationship throughout our sale. She came to all viewings fully prepared for potential questions the buyers may ask, and did everything she could to push our sale through as quickly as possible. Very highly recommended.

Excellent communication

We chose to go with Martyn Gerrard as they are the market leaders in our area and we had previously had good experiences with them as buyers. I was very pleased with our experience of them as sellers. They explained clearly what the process was and kept us informed throughout about visits and were sensitive about minimising disruptions. I would have liked to get a little more feedback from each visit automatically, but when asked they were always forthcoming and helpful. We appreciated the opportunity to meet after ~4 weeks for an overall review of the process. My only criticism is that I think they may have slightly over-valued the property, as all the offers we received were under this. However clearly it is an inexact science.

Property Sale - A beyond expectation service

Fantastic service by Dario at Martyn Gerrard East Finchley. Definitely exceeded expectation with his diplomatic manner and his ability to manage difficult situations and people very well. He always had a solution to a problem, never giving up when it looked like the sale may fall through. His professionalism was appreciated, he communicated extremely well throughout the process. His network of Solicitors and understanding of the people involved is definitely an asset, acting as mediator on many occasions to overcome challenges. There are not too many people you come across that exceed your expectation, very impressed! Regards Arun

Professional service

I've been really happy with the service Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley offered. The staff have all been very professional and they got lots of viewings of our property. Unfortunately we decided to take our house off the market because we couldn't find anywhere to buy, but MG were able to get us good offers which other agents couldn't do. So I will definitely use them when we do eventually come to sell. in the future.

Excellent service

We put our suburb property on the market with MG and another agent which usually caters more for the HG suburb. MG were far more proactive with their selling and brought us many more viewings and finally an offer we are now completing. Despite several delays in the chain, Dario's worked hard to keep things together - he was supportive and patient through the whole process. Would highly recommend.

A tough sale

This was a long slow sale, and after a slightly faltering start, which was quickly remedied, the Martin Gerrard team worked hard, efficiently, patiently and persistently, over a 7 month period to achieve a good result, and, importantly, provided me with wise and robust advice along the way at key moments. I am very grateful to them and would certainly recommend them.

Dario Esposito did a good job

Dario helped us learn and navigate the process of home buying in London. He worked hard to show us our available options and kept to our requirements. We would definitely recommend working with him and would consider using him again.
