A few days later we got a called from Jenna in the High Road office who told us she had something that was neither in the price range we wanted or the area we were looking, but she thought we needed to see it. That's now our house, so thank you for thinking outside the box! Jenna was amazing throughout the whole process, constantly chasing up the seller and even contacting the council to request documents herself when there were hold-ups and she did a great job. Although a small chain, the process was protracted unnecessarily, and in the end very difficult at points.
We found Jenna and the company utterly professional, patient and caring. Jenna was incredible, working hard to get us answers to queries throughout and was an excellent bridge to the outgoing vendors.
We are soon to complete final, and Jenna is still working hard to help us with things we want to do before the deadline.
