Do what they say they will do and in a timely manner for a reasonable cost. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robinson if you are looking for a letting agent. Property hardly ever vacant between lets and kept me up to date with any issues.

GoogleHi, Just be aware if you have any issues with the property don’t expect any help from Robinsons, I have very bad experience and needed external help to get out of the unsafe property. Never in my 10 years of renting i seen such an attitude towards costumer. but oh well good luck in future
Sorry Ivo that you were unhappy and wished you had of given us the opportunity to put things right. We believed that you were really happy with our service, appreciate that the big storm hit the block hard and had slight delays with repairs to the building but that was in the hands if insurers and the maintenance company. I know we were able to release you earlier from you tenancy as you had relocated for a new job. Hope all is good with the new job and your new property Ivo.

I've also had chance to look through all the reviews you have made on your Google account about other companies and their service and you have given them all 1 Star Ratings with very similar content, so as much as I welcome both positive and negatives opinions on this occasion I do believe you have been very unfair.

FacebookSo I have waited 4 wks for my immersion heater to be fixed...the day one. Having health problems meaning I have to get up every night at midnight just to put on my immersion heater to heat my hot water is not on. I filled in their online tenant form, but no response. I emailed their two letting agents, no response. I have lived there almost 20 yrs and paid rent every month without fail. I only get problems with my flat like once every 3 yrs. Still no response. Treat others like you want to be treated guys! You are sales men taking in our money and getting paid for it. So pls do your job. Would not recommend.

GoogleVery bad experience, unprofessional staff. I had a view of a property, and on the same day I sent my confirmation by email that I want to rent and what it wan told they need the payslips and ID cards for me and my partner. Despite that, I was calling almost every day for 2 weeks and every time it was told me I will be called back and is awaiting the landlord approval. And plenty calls to them and all the time same answers. All of these, after 2 weeks I seen on there website the property I viewed appears as already rented, so I called them and I was asking them why they stuck people on a rental with false promises when they actually rented the property to some one else. Their answer was just "unfortunately the property is already rented", even not an apology. I am very disappointed with them.

GoogleNon responsive. Rung several times, with no call back. Obviously they don't want to sell houses I am not confused with another. We (my partner and I) even drove by, during office hours to find your offices closed.
Hello David... communication is vital to our business, we like to think we never miss a telephone call and have a back up system if were not able to answer quickly, perhaps you have us mixed up with another agent.
