I dealt with Michael at Robinsons who assisted me when renting a new place. Michael went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and making sure that any concerns I had were dealt with. Would highly recommend their service based on my experience.

I have rented with robinsons for just over two years always struggled with getting problems with the property sorted without a long wait for it to happen , I left the property in January and the service I received was poor and I was spoken to very rudely when I questioned why I was still waiting for my deposit I would ring and email with no response from any one just rudely ignored the contract stated all refunds must be refunded in 10 days but I was made to wait a month before I received it and the company took more out of my deposit than what was agreed in an email when I pointed out they can not charge me for a renewed contract as I did not renew a contract I left ,the company chose to just ignore me and took the money any way very quick to take your money and provide service but when it comes to them returning it it was awful i have read many reviews from people who have experienced the same problem but of corse robinsons only chose to show the good reviews on their website I have rented properties for ten years and I can honestly say this was the worst company I have had to deal with

You all helped me in my hour of need, when I had no where to live, and it being difficult to find property to rent that suited my needs, you not only found me a good standard property, you then got me moved in swiftly, always answering and giving me sound advice which has helped me out. I have rented a flat through Robinsons for nearly 2 years now. As I had never rented before, I was a bit wary, but I have to say I do not know what I was worrying about.. Michael @ Robinsons always responds immediately to any questions/queries /issues.. Nothing is every too much for him. I absolutely love the flat I am renting and hope to stay here for the foreseeable future. I would not hesitate to recommend Robinsons to anyone looking to rent a property.

Robinsons, are a great letting agent. they gave me so much help and support when I had to move out of my home and into rented. They helped me every step of the way and when the landlord decided to sell the house and became difficult they supported me. We have rented two different properties from Robinsons now and have found them to be very professional and friendly on both occasions. Any issues we have had with the property have been dealt with swiftly and communication lines are always good. Robinson's are refreshingly forward thinking when it comes to dealing with the administration side of things but also retain a close friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is the first time my partner and I have used an estate agent when renting a property. Whereas I have no major complaints about the customer service or agents, I think communication on some occasions could be slightly better. Overall, Robinsons have helped us along the way, and I hope the agents continue to help us as we move onto a longer term contract.
