I rent my property out through Robinsons even though they aren’t local because they’d been recommended to me. I didn’t regret it. They found great tenants, quickly, and were super efficient with getting everything sorted. I had one issue with the property within the first week of the tenants moving in which they sorted straight away. They’re always honest about what’s going on and everything is done on time. A great service – thank you!

GoogleUseless. Often didn't answer the phone at weekends, left to do our own viewings despite the house being about 200m from their office and when we did finally agree a sale it turned out the buyer didn't have any funds. Steer clear...

I'm very sorry to hear that you weren't completely happy with your experience with us, whether an error was made on our part or some miscommunication, I'm not sure. We had agreed a sale on your property in June 2011 and the sale unfortunately didn’t proceed due to changes you had made to your property, in regards to conservations issues, preventing the buyer to gain sufficient funds to proceed with the purchase. However, your review was written February 2014 (3 yrs following the event) and we were obviously unaware of your dissatisfaction but would welcome the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss further. Robinsons, are a great letting agent. they gave me so much help and support when I had to move out of my home and into rented. They helped me every step of the way and when the landlord decided to sell the house and became difficult they supported me. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. would definitely use them again and would recommend them. thank you guys and Girls (Tracey)

We have rented two different properties from Robinsons now and have found them to be very professional and friendly on both occasions. Any issues we have had with the property have been dealt with swiftly and communication lines are always good. Robinson's are refreshingly forward thinking when it comes to dealing with the administration side of things but also retain a close friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Really appreciate having Michael there, he's so helpful, quick to respond and always happy to help - he's an asset to the team. Service is great and I'd be happy to recommend to friends and family (in fact I have done and she's happy too!). Sometimes matters in hand may need to be chased, matters with the tenants/contracts etc.; this is something that could be improved. Overall however, very happy.

Hi Dan, sorry you felt you needed to bring this to Google/. As I confirmed to you, we did NOT want to take your money (as unusual as that sounds) as I was asked for a Current Landlord Reference. My concerns were that you are a previous tenant of some 12 months ago and therefore not relevant for your on-going landlord. Really happy to discuss further with you in order to resolve and assist with your onward move.
