I recently purchased my first property to let though Robinsons and they have subsequently let it for me without trouble at all. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable and guided me from helping me find the right property to buy for rental purposes, keeping me updated through the sale to locating me a suitable tenant. Would recommend to any looking to buy or let.

This is the first time my partner and I have used an estate agent when renting a property. Whereas I have no major complaints about the customer service or agents, I think communication on some occasions could be slightly better. Overall, Robinsons have helped us along the way, and I hope the agents continue to help us as we move onto a longer term contract.

GoogleAvoid this agency, rude staff, they are ok until they take your money and after you move in if you have a problem they do not even answer your calls.
Sadly we have received 2 reports of suspicious activity and Google have been made aware. We have never had dealings with or any tenant named Kate Cooper and believe it to be an unfair use of reviews. We encourage both positive and negative reviews as this is how we can build a better customer experience but saddened when the process is abused.

Michael Robinson valued and sold our house. A true professional and what impressed me most was his straight talking honesty. He was extremely helpful especially with the dealing with difficult solicitors to make sure the sale of our home went through smoothly. This was truly unbelievable service for the very low rates that they charge. Incredible company and I can't recommend them highly enough

I have used Robinsons for a number of years now to let out my property in the Dunstable area. They have always managed to find me tenants who pay on time and look after the property.
