We were so pleased we sold our property with Robinsons. Not only did they produce excellent particulars for the online marketing but the photographs they took were far better than we had seen with other agents. This all helped to show our property at its best and we sold quickly. The commission was very competitive too. Highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service. Rude, arrogant staff and a "manager" who is worse than all of the other rude, incompetent staff!!!!

Not sure this review was for us as I'm certain we don’t have any such staff operating within the business and if we did as the Director, I would certainly have taken drastic action. We have no record of a Peter Maclean in any of our dealing so have therefore reported this as suspicious activity to Google. It does sadden us immensely when the review process is abused, we encourage positive and negative reviews to help us build the customer experience and when this happens is very disappointing.

As a landlord I have had absolutely no trouble with Robinsons at all, they are speedy, efficient and very friendly. Have been with them 5 years and nothing has gone wrong. I also know from feedback that the tenants are all happy as well. Just wish everyone was as good in the business!
