GoogleI have just completed on my first property with Robinson’s, I was a bit wary at the start due to Covid and the housing market, however Robinson’s were very reassuring and helpful. I will definitely be using Robinson’s again in the near future.

I have rented with robinsons for just over two years always struggled with getting problems with the property sorted without a long wait for it to happen , I left the property in January and the service I received was poor and I was spoken to very rudely when I questioned why I was still waiting for my deposit I would ring and email with no response from any one just rudely ignored the contract stated all refunds must be refunded in 10 days but I was made to wait a month before I received it and the company took more out of my deposit than what was agreed in an email when I pointed out they can not charge me for a renewed contract as I did not renew a contract I left ,the company chose to just ignore me and took the money any way very quick to take your money and provide service but when it comes to them returning it it was awful i have read many reviews from people who have experienced the same problem but of corse robinsons only chose to show the good reviews on their website I have rented properties for ten years and I can honestly say this was the worst company I have had to deal with

Ever since I used Robinsons to purchase my property in Dunstable a few years back I have received nothing but excellent service. I have been lucky to have found Robinsons to look after the rental of the property as well. The service that I have received has been absolutely fabulous; they provided me with a tenant rapidly and ensured I was given a good rate. When the tenancy expired they were quick to find a replacement without any time wasted. I had 3 agents out to value my property and Robinsons were by far the most professional. Michael came out to value my house; he was honest and gave us tips on how to make the property more saleable. We put our house up for sale with Robinsons on the Friday and by Tuesday we had agreed a sale! Michael dealt with us from start to finish and was very efficient with the after sales service provided. We always knew what was going on and never had to chase him. I couldn't recommend Robinsons enough if your looking to buy sell rent or let a property. Excellent customer service.

Robinsons provided a quick and flexible valuation of my property depending on the speed of sale I required. When the original buyer pulled out, they quickly found a replacement buyer at short notice. At all times they conducted their business speedily and courteously. I am currently letting a garage through Robinsons which, again, they arranged at short notice following a casual conversation. I would say that they offer a personal touch where other estate agents take things ( especially my money) for granted!

My partner and I needed to rent our property out as we secured posts in Lima, Peru (a big move!). Robinsons were out-and-out superb in assisting us with the preparation and processes leading to the move and renting our property. I can unreservedly recommend Robinsons to anybody looking to rent or buy. I have also used Robinsons to value our property. I have used robinsons as a letting agent for quite a number of years for property in the area. They have always been professional and helpful. The fees are the usual market rate and I feel they manage to achieve good market rates on my property in the area. They have a good knowledge of the local area and market. The staff have always been efficient at sorting out any issues which have arisen, which makes life easy for me, which is how I like it.

I have rented a flat through Robinsons for nearly 2 years now. As I had never rented before, I was a bit wary, but I have to say I do not know what I was worrying about.. Michael @ Robinsons always responds immediately to any questions/queries /issues.. Nothing is every too much for him. I absolutely love the flat I am renting and hope to stay here for the foreseeable future. I would not hesitate to recommend Robinsons to anyone looking to rent a property.

Have sold a fair number of houses in my time though different Agents and I have to say that Robinsons made this sale the easiest yet, despite delays with the chain along the way. Not only did they sell my property quickly, at the price I wanted, but at times it was all fairly stressful and I probably wasn’t always the easiest person to deal with, but they were always patient and supportive and helped to make the process as easy as it could be. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

GoogleI rent with Robinsons from November, since then i had two minor issues with the property, I contact them and they send specialist to fix the issues. I don't know why some tenants give them bad reviews, for me they are responsive and professional.
Romeo your full 5 stars and review is very important to us and is very much appreciated. Our Lettings Department often get a hard time from tenants when items are not fixed the same day, we are very much governed by our contractors daily schedules and workload. We are very pleased we could resolve your issue and hope you don't encounter too many more.

We used Robinson's to rent our property as we are moving overseas. I am a very satisfied customer as I really didn't give them much time to find a suitable tenant, however Robinson's not only found 1 suitable tenant, but 2 in a very quick timeframe. Sorry you weren't able to access the property, we were held up due to a incident at the top or West Street, we must have just missed each other, sorry you felt it to be a waste of time...

GoogleI would strongly to suggest you to look elsewhere until its not to late, Robinsons deserve all the bad reviews they do have. They will be quick to charge your fees, but when you need something from agency, just forget - no replays nothing
We believe it very important to encourage our clients to share their views of our service, good or bad as this demonstrates a balanced overall view of what we have to offer... sadly, on limited occasions and with this one in particular we have received a review that we have had no dealings! We can confirm that we have not or have never taken any monies from Mr Janis Jerins on any rental property that we managed and would encourage Mr Jerins to make contact with us to resolve as our aim is to have many happy clients........

I was advised to use a small local agent to sell my property and so opted for Robinsons who were quick to respond to me from my initial email. My main contact was Michael who was professional and honest (advice was needed throughout having never sold a property before!) throughout a lengthy sale. Great team who kept up regular communication - would recommend and not hesitate to use in the future.

Robinson's Estate agents sold my house within 24 hours and supported me funding a new property within a few weeks in a difficult market... They were efficient and stayed in contact throughout the process making sure I was involved with every step of the move. Robinson's were helpful, friendly and went out of their way, over and above .what was necessary. They are local agents who know the local area.I would recommend them to anyone considering moving.

I was recommended Robinsons by a friend with several properties, and I wasn't disappointed. Jordan explained the process and got us on the market very quickly, and he and the team managed all the viewings very professionally. We accepted an offer after only a few viewings and we were very happy with the sales price. I would definitely recommend these guys, and will certainly use them again in the future!
