We used Robinson's to manage our letting property. Unlike most estate agents I have come across, you can have a decent conversation with them, and have confidence that if they say they are going to do something, they will. We no longer have the property, but should we have the need of an estate agent, they will be my first port of call. Thanks to Mark and the team for all your help over the past 4 years.

GoogleDespite seeing the unfair minority of poor reviews that I’ve seen, I feel that it is only right for me to give my experience of Robinsons Estate Agents across. I have been on the lookout for my next property on the rental market for well over 2 years, and have continued to use Robinsons and stay in contact with Michael for any properties that meet my criteria. Although they are busy for a small organisation, Michael never fails to touch base with me, respond to calls and update me with any properties that could be a good match for me and my family. Although I haven’t found my next house YET, I cannot fault Robinsons for their continued support and persistence in trying to complete this difficult challenge of finding a rental property for myself (baring in mind how fussy I am!). Cheers guys, we will get there soon!

We have purchased, sold,,rented and let property all with Robinson's and frankly, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Mark and his team go over and above any other agent we have dealt with.. Michael has just guided us through a particularly tricky sale to a successful completion and Tracey has been really helpful with our rental property. Excellent service, a friendly, professional team and they don't charge a fortune!! Why would we want to go anywhere else??

GoogleVery efficient service. Loads of communication. Phone calls, emails and text reminders for viewings which I find really useful when seeing multiple properties through different agents. This has been the best experience out of all the ones I have been dealing with. Very friendly agents too which is a bonus.

We purchased a house via Robinsons and I can not rate them enough. In what was a really difficult and lengthy chain Michael kept us up dated and fully informed when our own estate agent didn't. He went above and beyond what he needed to be done for us and chased matters through the chain and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Robinsons in a heartbeat

If you’re a landlord, give them a call. If your a tenant with a patchy employment history and want a cheep place to rent, call another agent. Robinson’s take on quality and rent to quality tenants.

GoogleI purchased my flat from Robinsons, in later years I rented out my flat via Robinsons Lettings and then finally I sold my flat with Robinsons. In total this covered 12 years. They were always polite, they always phoned me back and had time for me. During the letting and the sale period I dealt with the same person all time and was not passed to a contact I did not know. The first sale fell through and it was a very stressful time waiting for a new buyer. I found Robinsons supportive and positive throughout the process. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

GoogleAbsolute shambles, account is a throw away of course so don't be "suspicious activity blah blah". Staff handle all requests poorly, rude as heck and stop caring once you hand money over... talking about money... THEY WANT ALL YOUR MONEY... they charge through the nose for EVERYTHING! Absolute joke and when the new laws come in regarding charges this place should not survive! I would rather have a cactus suppository and snort a kilo of ground asbestos than use these clowns again.
"Fake Review" I have reported this to Google on so many occasions as offensive and hope its removed (the review and the cactus)

GoogleMyself and my partner were looking for a 2 bed property in the Dunstable area as we have an 18 month old child. We dealt with a polite and helpful chap named Michael. Our tenancy lasted for 6 months before we set our sights on a bigger property, Robinsons could not be more accommodating for our needs and helped with a hassle free transition from one property to another. I have rented from numerous agents over the years but cannot fault this company for their professional approach and speed of response whenever maintenance issues were raised. We highly recommend Robinsons to anybody in need of estate agent services.
