GoogleWe can highly recommend Jordan At Robinsons. He was always on hand to answer our queries and questions however trivial and always kept us up to date on every part of the move. We felt Jordan worked really hard for us and helped both the sale and purchase of our properties run smoothly.

GoogleAbsolutely fabulous! I've heard stories about other estate agents being difficult. However, my experience with Robinsons of Dunstable as a first time tennent went very smooth and hassle free. They always kept me up to date with all the relevant information and assisted me with paperwork and so on. A very special thanks to Michael.

GoogleI rented my property through Robinsons and had no issues. They found a good, reliable tenant quickly and with no hassle it’s been let for well over a year now. Mark and the team were very helpful with any quiries or questions I had. Excellent value for money and Would highly recommend.

GoogleRobinsons were helpful moving me into the flat but they did not have time to clean before I moved in which I understood and cleaned it myself. I even paid for my cooker to be professionally cleaned which cost me £65.00 Robinsons were very bad at returning or even taking my calls. They ignored emails. It was quicker To go directly through the landlord. When I needed to move out before my contract ended they charged me £500 to re advertise the flat, I paid this. I was ringing regularly to get updates to see if they found a new tenant, once again my calls were ignored. When eventually they found a new tenant robinsons withheld £365 off my deposit saying the flat needed to be re decorated and cleaned. I am still asking for photos as evidence but once again robinsons are not taking my calls, ignoring my emails and have provided no evidence of cleaning or redecoration of the property. I WOULD NOT recommend robinsons. They are unresponsive, unhelpful and unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism
Sorry Nikki, this is the first opportunity that anyone at Robinsons have learnt of your unhappiness... You were very complimentary of Robinsons and staff members when you dropped the keys back to us when you left the property. We did charge £500.00 which you were more than happy to pay, as you wished to surrender your tenancy 6 months earlier as your circumstances had changed. It was a bumpy ride as you did in fact change your mind on 8 occasions within 10 days but we kept with you and located the new tenant as you had instructed. As you are and were aware the £500.00 was charged to you for the remarketing and all processes involved in releasing you from your 12 month tenancy early, as we wouldn't be able to charge this to the landlord. With regards to the deduction of £365.00 this was made by the landlord who you had direct contact with and not deducted by Robinsons, we did confirm you approach him as you had done so in the past but never heard back from you so concluded you had resolved direct. Sorry you had to bring this to Google and didn't give us the opportunity to resolve, its always helpful as a business to put things right when or if we get them wrong.

I have dealt with Robinsons for over 9 years in both a Letting and finally a house sale capacity. In both cases they were not only extremely professional but also frequently exceeded my expectations. We all know that the Sale of a property can be a very stressful time but this was greatly reduced by having Robinsons at hand, if they say they will phone back they do! I can't thank Mark and his solid team enough. I would strongly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in both a letting or house sale. They really are that good!

After the sudden death of our lovely mum my sister and I were left dealing with her estate , we called several estate agents in the local area . I meet with Mark , I found him very honest and sympathetic to our needs , my sister and I really didn't want a board outside the house and Mark agreed that wouldn't be a problem . , the house was only on the market 4 days ! We had 2 viewings and 2 offers ! , approx 12 weeks later we completed without any hassle . I can't thank all the lovely staff at robinsons enough . I would rate there service 5 star and would recommend them to anyone . .thank you .

Having bought and sold from Robinsons in our past transaction 8 years ago, we were keen to give them the opportunity to value our property for sale on this occasion too. Their valuation was honest and well researched unlike other local larger agents who compared our property to ones 5/6 miles away in a very different town. Once on the market, the property was sold within a few days, and even when that initial sale fell through, it was re-marketed again and sold a 2nd time within another few days. Mark and his team were all equally helpful every time I called and although we now live out of the area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robinsons.

I am a first time buyer and obviously was not exactly knowledgable about buying a property. I was shown a few properties by Michael who never rushed me in my viewing was willing to answer all of my questions and not once made me feel like I was being annoying. Then finally I found my property and from then on out Michael was like my right hand. As I said I had no experience with buying a property but Micahel went over and above what he was expected to do. I constantly receivied updates and information from Michael and to be honest he done more than my solicitors. Everyone at Robinsons was polite, friendly and professional, and I would strongly advise anyone who is buying or selling a property before going to any other estate agents (as I had joined up to all of them within the Dunstable area) to start at Robinsons, I promise you will not be disappointed. After 4 very long months I finally collected the keys for my new property and I can honestly say if it was not for Michael and his dedication I don't think I would have got to this stage. I can't thank Michael and all the staff at Robinsons enough for everything they done for me. It's a great estate agents and I would advise anyone to use them because if the agents are even half as good as Michael you will come away a very happy customer.

When I first contacted Robinson's my old agent had gone into liquidation leaving me and my Tenant owed money Mark helped me work through this situation and made sure my tenant had no disruption. In the past they have dealt with storm damage to my property unsociable neighbours and tenants leaving my property in poor repair. I was happy to recommend them to a friend who also decided to rent a property. They have always found me tenants very quickly and I have confidence in the checks they carry out. I have spoken to other agents in the past but none could offer the superb service I received from Robinson's

When selling my house I contacted a few agents in my area and hated all of them. All they seemed worried about was their fee. Then I stumbled across Robinsons, who where totally different. When Mark came round to view the house, he was not pushy or bossy. He literally came in, discussed what we wanted and left it for us to decide. Now that may have been a clever tactic, but nevertheless it worked and I like the way he did business. We, of course, decided to use Robinsons and our house was sold by the 3rd viewing. Couldn't of asked for more. Everything went through according to plan. I now rent a property Robinsons and again I am very happy with the service. If you are thinking of putting your home on the market, I seriously recommend you give Robinsons a call
